The Kingfisher is our local pub and we love the staff, atmosphere and food. Another very good experience on Saturday for 9 people My only small complaint is the number if dishes that contain cheese with no option to omit it. This is also the casein other restaurants. I'm cheese intolerant and it really restricts my options. Please more cheese less options and it would be 5 stars all the way.

We can actually sit and chat in pleasant surroundings where we can hear the conversation without music blaring in our ears. The staff are always friendly , neat and tidy and give a professional service.

Booked a table for father's day and as you can imagine it was very busy. And the staff still went above and beyond to accommodate us despite being rushed off their feet. 10/10 would recommend, I've never been to a better smoke house.
Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamMy husband and I went for Father’s Day meal, we both had roast very yummy, only thing I would say there wasn’t any sauces ie apple sauce for the pork or horse radish for the beef, but apart from that excellent, I have never seen polite freindly staff has I did, every single one were lovely, normally you get a miserable one, all staff looked very happy and smiling even though very busy, we are already planning next visit. There was no rush for the table let us relax in between courses.
The Kingfisher – KirkhamWent yesterday for father's day, we all really enjoyed it. I had the OG burger, my partner had the quesadillas and my daughter had the loaded fries with cheese and bacon. All really enjoyed the food and we'll definitely be back .

Buraq – KirkhamAwkward on arrival ordered drinks at the bar bottled drinks staff couldn't open then find glasses add to a tab. Taken to a table to sit down was given a choice chose table to right walked over then told we couldn't sit there due to it not being cleaned. Sat down at table left for at least 40 minutes before someone came to use to say we've had a "eurgh" in the kitchen so thats why they've not taken our order. Food came and ordered quesidalla and burger very bland not much flavouring. When we asked for Bill again other 30 minute wait and still no bill went to the bar to pay me and friend paid for our own which again was hard work as they couldn't seem to work the till.

Service was a little slow to begin with Great place. Food was good. A little disappointed that the Cowboy steaks had sold out Nachos were really good. Hubby had the beef brisket is was really tasty. I had the oink balls and cken thighs both tasty.

Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamThis was our first visit to ‘eat in’ at the Buraq Restaurant. We opted for the Buffet so we could try some new dishes. The food was delicious, the service was great and we will definitely be visiting again.
