Excellent meal and the staff as always were brilliant.

Nice greeting and shown to our table, menus presented and refreshment, nice fella had the chat. Order taken and meals arrived in a timely fashion. And then! Completely ignored, finished our meals and after 40 minutes gave up and called to a server on a faraway table. Young grumpy brought more refreshments, then brought dessert. And then! Completely ignored, meal/refreshment completed. Gave up and requested our bill at the bar. Young grumpy mumbled a few (I think they were) words. Humph Closing The pie is NOT a pie, it’s a lidded pot.

Lovely/friendly service, quick with food and drinks. Was a very good atmosphere and food was delicious and plentiful. Price was very good for the food you got too. Will definitely be returning!

There was 8 of us and nothing was too much trouble , food was good quality and came in a timely fashion and was very tasty , would definitely return and recommend

Walked in at 8pm on a Saturday night, atmosphere non existent. Decided to give the benefit of the doubt and approached the bar. Asked for a diet coke or Pepsi, whatever they had, to be told they had run out of soft drinks. Wait.. all was not lost, they had some Pepsi Max. A warm 2l bottle was presented from under the bar as ice was hand scooped into a pint glass.... "Has that come from the fridge?" we enquired. "Yes?" Came the hesitant response from barkeep no1. "Are you sure?" We double checked. "No" Replied barkeep no2. The lack of atmosphere and lack of ability to provide the most basic of soft drinks let alone a straight answer cut our visit short. Can't comment on food, would suggest the lack of atmosphere at 8pm on a Saturday speaks volumes. Can't imagine we'll bother trying again. 20 mins late we found ourselves at Hickory's waiting with numerous others for a table.

My wife and I both had our Sunday Dinner here on Easter Weekend. Hot, plentiful and delicious, as always, and great value for money.

Had an nice evening meal on 13th April. Partner had salmon which she thoroughly enjoyed, I had that roast pork which was rather dry and gave the impression of having been sliced much earlier and left to stand. Overall I'll give it 8 out of 10.

Another lovely meal. Never disappoints. Friendly staff and delicious food. Hope to be back again soon.

Been to the Buraq many times. Fabulous food, service and atmosphere. I don’t know of any other Indian restaurant where a jug of water is already on your table without even asking. Poppadoms and a chutney tray also provided free of charge. Highly recommended.

Amazing service and a great restaurant. Would highly recommend, especially if you have kids. There is a beautiful garden out back with a great playground.

Good food and Excellent service as ever, even though they were extremely busy.

Booked a meal for my wife's birthday for 6 of us and the food and service was just as excellent as we expected as we've been to the kingfisher before and it's still as good now as it's always been. We'll definitely return at some point.
