Fabulous meal for all 4 of us last Thursday. Pork was so tender and the peppercorn sauce complemented it well. Duck was delicious, and seabass was a generous size. Portions were so good we almost had to pass on the dessert menu! Excellent service from all the staff. We have been to Quattros before and will definitely return.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkUsed to come here alot but tonight's experience was not good. When we arrived, the lady went to seat us. The manager was next to her and pointed to the book and said "them 3" then pointed to the table. We sat at a table right near the front so people kept walking past, making it in personal and loud. The manager came to take our order and we werent quite ready. When he came back I asked about the starters and be pointed in the menu saying they were there. They werent. It was garlic bread and anti pasti, so not starters, as such. We ordered the garlic bread with cheese and refused to eat it as it was soggy and grease was dripping off it. The server tried to say it was the oil they use but we sent it back none the less. When the mains came, nobody checked on us the entire time so we had empty drinks with our meal. Our first impression was terrible and the rest of the experience was much the same. Terrible service and not great food. The manager did not once come to the table and apologize about the food or service. Disappointing and will not be returning.

Wings & Beer Co – PrestonMe and my fiance got recommended by a friend and it didnt disappoint. Staff where very welcome as you arrived and got seated straight away. Service was second to none. Got our drinks order very quick and then we ordered our food. I got the goats cheese starter which was really nice, my partner got the crab and avacado sed it was full of flavour and he really enjoyed it. I got the penne arribiata which was very tasty and a nice heat from the chilli which i enjoyed. My partner got the lobster ravioli and said it was the nicest hes tasted in a long time. We will definitely be coming back as there was more things we wanted to try on the menu.

Anatolia Grill – St HelensService great, food not so great. Starter of fish cakes was a bit dry, needs a chilli sauce to accompany it. Main of tagliatelle was far too salty and in my opinion too any herbs added to what should have been an excellent main course.

The service was spot on and and the waitresses were very attentive and checked on us a few times throughout the meal.We had the meat sharing platter and some nachos to start which were really good.I chose the steak sandwich for my main.The steak was beautifully cooked and really tasty,however,it was served in sourdough bread and for me it didn’t work as the bread was quite soggy. Value for money was good with the bill coming in at £90 for four which included a couple of cocktails.Overall a good meal and would definitely visit again.
