We asked for 2 starters (Chicken wings and halloumi fries) and the tasting beer board. The prices were ok, but nothing really special about the food. Chiken wings were quite spicy (not much my taste). The beers were warm. There's no QR code to order, you need to go to the counter. I made a reservation but there were tables available by the river on a Sunday evening. The terrace was nice, we had a beautiful view. But since this was the only perk of the place, I have no intentions of comming back.

First time visitor. The place is clean and tables are well spaced out. Atmosphere was good. Food was fine but we waited very long for it. Probably wil go again to give them the benefit of the doubt with the timing issue.

The food and service were excellent once again. This place never disappoints.

Partner had been wanting to visit this place as she heard nothing but good reviews and we wasn't disappointed. Service was friendly and top notch. Food and drinks (cocktails) was amazing. Will definitely be visiting again next time we're visiting Preston 10/10

We are regulars at this restaurant for a reason. Beautiful food, great service, always a variety of specials and great atmosphere.

The food at the Water Witch was absolutely gorgeous. The only downside of the visit was the price for a bottle of wine..... very expensive.

Booked a table.... No table reserved! Table 20 was dirty and not cleaned Food was ok but not outstanding The staff were thoroughly miserable and looked overworked on a busy day but all need to go on a hospitality and how to greet customers course the bar was overun

Had beef burger minus couple of things . Came as I ordered it tasted v/good go back just for that.

A return visit, this time with friends. The food was just as good as first time around when we had the seafood platter for 2, fabulous. On this occasion our guests ordered the platter on our recommendation, they weren't disappointed . For a change we chose small seafood platter and the tomato dish with the poached eggs, gorgous. Lovely chenin blanc wine and excellent desserts. service was friendly and efficient a good night out enjoyed by all We found the piped music too loud but at our request it was turned down to a better level for conversation

Visited this restaurant as a party of four and had a lovely dining experience with first class freshly prepared food. Service was very good as always. Would recommend

Good food, this was the first time we'd eaten in, we used the delivery service during lockdown and loved it. Gutted that pickle fries are no longer an option, the restaurant is nice, service very slow though, not sure what was going on, no food came out for anyone for about 30 minutes, loads of waiting on staff hanging around chatting as they were waiting for food to serve.

Great atmosphere and really helpful friendly staff. We were a group of 4 and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals - would highly recommend
