Went on sat 28th May there was 6 if us .the meals were lovely. Staff very helpful. Definitely be back and would recommend

We found this restaurant listed as No. 2 on Tripadvisor in Clitheroe. We went for lunch and found it to be very nice. Nice staff, good service, decent food and a good drinks selection. Relaxed atmosphere and cafe style decor. Ideally we would have chosen from the full a la carte menu but only the set lunch menu was available. However, that had a reasonable choice and was attractively priced.

The first time I came here I had the best pizza I’d ever tasted. Every time since I feel like I’m chasing a high and the quality hasn’t been the same. Last pizza night the pizza was underdone and doughy. My cheesy garlic bread was underdone, as were my chips. My girlfriend had the same issue. Such a shame since I know you’re capable of better.

We enjoyed two delicious meals at the friendly and welcoming Trawden Arms in late May 2022. The staff were attentive, careful and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. The Trawden Arms perfectly combines quirkiness with quality.

Sadly we were disappointed. I booked online and received a confirmation email but when we arrived we weren’t in the diary. A table was found by the door. The food was good but the service was very slow. We were there for two and a quarter hours. When we ordered dessert the waitress forgot about it and after almost half an hour we had to request it again. We then had to queue at the bar for several minutes to pay! There was a wedding party but my wife’s birthday meal was not what we wished.

Lovely food, friendly staff, nice decor. Mainly swift service- just at the end waiting for bill. Cocktails expensive now.

Gorgeous food lovely atmosphere

Delicious pizza as always! My favourite being the New Yorkshire, would absolutely love if it went on the menu permanently as I would definitely order it again.. it was delicious. The cocktails were also good with the Friday offer. Staff were very friendly too. Happy customers. We will be back :)

The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend it. I had the smoked haddock and salmon risotto which was lovely and my friend had the pesto chicken pasta which she really enjoyed.

Saturday afternoon and our first visit to Sydneys. Food was good and enjoyable but the fish pie was quite small with a small amount of greens. Nice to be in the booths but the service was quite disappointing and really did let the experience down. We are likely to go back but the service needs improving.

Amazing, friendly, attentive staff. Food was totally divine. Great presentation. We had ham hock & black pudding fritter, tempura prawns, salmon & cod fish cakes, sea bass & ginger Parkin. All totally amazing. Lovely wine. Very good value for money. Our 1st visit here & it won't be our last. One of the best dining experiences we've ever had. We would eat here every week if we could. Stylish, chic, comfortable surroundings. Great tunes playing in the background. Lovely thoughtful touch when one of the staff came over with a wooden board with a little cake & candle & Happy Birthday written in chocolate on it for my partner. How lovely. This is our new favourite place to eat. Highly recommend this place. They should be so proud of themselves for what they've achieved during these hard times lately.

Oh my the Sundae was divine. The pizza was also the best I've ever had, and felt very light to eat. The service was excellent the food was very prompt and the price reasonable.

My friends and I visited yesterday evening for dinner at 7:30pm We ordered a range of the small plates with two sides of the truffle fries. The food was gorgeous A special thanks to our waitress Jayne who looked after us all evening

Fabulous food, lovely atmosphere and very good service by all the staff. They offer 2 cocktails for £10 after 9pm which I think is very reasonable! Will definitely go again
