Loved the food along with my family.All tried different food from the menu.Service with a smile.Will return soon.

Now my 3rd visit and the experience gets worse every time! How can anyone invest so much money into a place and do it so well and then just leave it to run by a team of totally clueless staff. The staff set the experience . We booked for 11am… When we arrived were told run out of bread you can wait until staff member gets back from the shop or try something else. After 15 mins tried something else sausage and egg barm. Can’t really get that wrong but came looking like a bit of a dog’s breakfast. Waited 14 mins for a coffee… Had to ask for the bill twice… For us it’s a great spot and fits in with a nice walk… Who ever owns this place get a grip !

Took a friend for birthday meal and we were both very impressed. Couldn't fault anything! Big THANK YOU. We have already sung The Lodge's praises, will certainly be recommending and we'll defo be back!

Really enjoyed our evening at Astoria. The atmosphere was great and the live singer was fab! All our tapas dishes were lovely, my only complaint was that 1 dish never came. Apart from that we had a really lovely evening. I will highly recommend Astoria to my friends and family and will be back again, thank you

We had a meal for 4 on Saturday night. As usual the service and quality of food was absolutely first class, and whilst some people may say there's not a massive choice, I would much rather take quality over quantity all the time. That is what the 3 Millstones is; Quality

Astoria was recommended by a friend- the staff were absolutely great & the atmosphere was good. However, for me, the food was lacking. Maybe just an off night, but the prawns were over cooked & bitter. Pork ribs were undercooked. Didn't complain as I didn't want to cause a fuss.

First time visiting, already made plans to return! Amazing food, amazing service. A lovely time all round. Thank you!

The place looks amazing Front of house staff were nice and helpful The starter were very tasty and looked beautiful. Bar waiters didnt know what the table numbers where took them 3 tables before getting the correct table which took us nearly 30 mins to get our drinks But the mains wife ordered curry amd took them an hour to tell her they are out of curry @ 7:30pm. Me and my wife choose burgers and the burger werent very nice,.We was very dissappointed as everything else was very good till then. The patties were very mushy and slimey and still pink through the middle, which we pointed out the waitress and she told us the patties are cooked in the oven! Never heard of a burger being cooked in an oven.... I was still charged for these. We were never asking for desserts so paid the bill and left dishearted

Food was absolutely delicious! Decor inside and colours spot on. View from where we ate looking out over to Darwen was pleasurable. Staff friendly, polite and professional. Three happy diners who chose the cheese pie and fish and chips and who intend to return for sure! Highly recommended.
