Great food and good service, enjoyed the evening

Ate here this weekend. The service was fantastic and the food equally so. Everything arrived piping hot and tasted great. Look forward to our next visit

This was a very pleasant experience and much improved from earlier visits where we were concerned about the levels of service and also the general ambience which had put us off going.. Both the service and meals were excellent and we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening, thanks and well done.

The food was amazing, very impressive, didn't have to wait long at all and it was quite busy. The atmosphere was lovely, nice and cosy, candles on the table etc (which I love) and the service was brilliant, waitresses were great. I cant wait to go back with my husband! I ordered the cheese pie which was delicious, all home made, 'proper' chips, parsnips (my fave), other veggies and a jug of gravy - perfect! We arrived during happy hour in the pub side which was a bonus, and you can take the drinks through to the restaurant, £9.99 for a bottle of lovely Malbec!Bar staff lovely and friendly too. Will definitely be going back soon. We eat out a lot and rarely get this level of service and exceptional food, Well done guys, keep it up!

14 of us dined together last Saturday evening 8th February. It was a very enjoyable experience. The team were very welcoming as we arrived. Pre-dinner drinks were served very promptly. We were a fairly large party but all food, starters, mains and puddings were served very quickly and the quality of the food was excellent. The ambience of the restaurant is great: modern but intimate. We will certainly return!

Been several times throughout 2019 and recently feb 2020 excellent standard in all areas. Highly recommended.

Fantastic food, great location. Food took ages to come, but worth the wait. Downsides. Atmosphere ermmmmm say dim the lightning and make the room where we sat cosy IE. Carpet instead of laminate maybe table cloths with centre piece candle. Snug i guess. But we'll be back! Best fish n chips EVER!

I have been coming up to Burnley to watch Arsenal at Turf Moor for a number of years. Our supper at Astoria last week was our first visit and it was the best meal we have had in the town, good service, excellent choice of high quality tapas, perfectly cooked pizza and reasonable prices. Thank you.

Went for a family meal and as always the experience started the moment we entered. Greeted with a happy face, got some drinks in and were shown our table. Sounds quick but they explained that a large party were due soon and we had children so they thought it better to sit down and get fed. The food and service was excellent and we all left content.

I have been dining at Papa Luigis for over 30 years. Excellent food, excellent location, ample parking, friendly and efficient staff. I could not recommend a better restaurant in the area as I have yet to find one!

Have eaten a few times here now - had the Sunday lunch was great value yet again , great service too

Second visit - took the clan for a family meal , very good food a friendly staff , if I were to be picky it would be a time thing but no complaints , nice place , good food , a welcome venue to the town
