Lovely evening and the food was amazing but plz look at the chicken goujons they were awful. Tasted like cardboard. But the steak prawns pork rib and sweet pirate fries were a delight.

Tiger Lounge – RawtenstallBeen to the Belthorn for a meal this week. Mark and Jamie are two amazing chefs who are both very passionate about their work and serving only the best!! Their food is absolutely amazing and only the best meat, fish veg and everything is sourced. Highly recommended. The Belthorn is a lovely old pub with a new twist on the restaurant. You get the old world style in the pub and top service and food in the restaurant with the fantastic views from the top view over Lancashire. Very friendly atmosphere.
The Dog Inn – BlackburnFrom the moment I first stumbled upon this lovely place when lost, I've wanted to visit to eat. The opportunity arose on Bank Holiday Monday and I wasn't disappointed. I've popped in the bar on a couple of occasions and was really looking forward to the planned visit. The décor and furnishings are beautiful, the ambience was relaxed and I could tell I was somewhere special. Even the music choice was great and the acoustic quality really high. I had the belly pork for main and I've never tasted better. The whole dish was delicious. The service was very good - my only issue being I had to recharge a glass at the bar on one occasion. Can't wait for an opportunity to visit again.
Coach and Horses – ClitheroeExcellent
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonMy son and I visited the Fenwick Arms on the way back from climbing Ingelborough. It's a lovely looking pub and handy as on the A683 between Lancaster and Kirkby Lonsdale. The young team were very friendly and helpful. My son had the kids fish and chips and I had the fish pie. Both very tasty. Recommeded.
