We booked the Station Hotel whilst we were staying in the area having looked for somewhere to eat and reading reviews. We were not disappointed. The welcome was perfect, the table ready, service first class and the food was excellent. We would certainly recommend them, and we will return when we stay in the area again.

Food was well cooked and tasty; the only fault was a very small vegetable portion with the fish pie. We had a really nice evening. Will definitely be back.

My only criticism is the lack of vegan option suitable for a child with a dairy allergy eg, no vegan ice cream, no vegan cheese to alter main dishes such as pizza.
