We have been here for the Sunday Carvery a few times now and each time the food, service and atmosphere has been spot one. There is a good selection of meat to choose from and they are all really good quality (not full of fat) and really good choice of veg and proper Yorkshire puddings. Would highly recommend.

I often pop in for breakfast with friends after a seaswim which is really good. The seared tuna dish and fish chowder are 2 of my favourites. I fully recommend The Lookout on the Pier for not only it's excellent food but also the staff who are really lovely. The views are great to.

We absolutely loved our visit! My 12 year old daughter was in cat heaven and the whole experience was so relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely be coming again! The cakes and drinks were incredible as well - carrot cake and red velvet highly recommended! Thank you!

Had a fantastic meal here. The choice for gluten free is great, more than half the meals are GF which is very unusual but very much appreciated. Standard of food is very high and the service was really good. Will be back very soon!

My son is obsessed with cats and so we booked a mum/son day out to this very special sanctuary. That’s just what it felt like, the vibe, the staff, the kitty cats were all just so therapeutic, friendly and welcoming. The cakes were divine, the coffee was better than costa and my son came away saying it was the best experience he’s ever had. We would highly recommend a visit and will definitely return again. The cleanliness, the welfare of the cats, even the calming music, it’s all taken into consideration and the owners clearly love and care for each one of their cats, which is was makes this place so endearing.

Booked a table for four. We were seated in the conservatory and although stunning it was cold in places! My husband had to send his meal back as it was cold. My gravy was instant and hadn’t been dissolved properly. Never had a bad meal here and it was extremely busy. Staff lovely but very young

Authentic taste of Indian food. Lively staff. Decent atmosphere. Courteous Owner. Very reasonable prices. Chicken curry was the best dish I had on Saturday. Menu in the Lunch buffet was sufficient. Kids friendly staff and food menu. After spending nearly 2 years in Wakefield , I had good authentic food served as per my requirement. I definitely suggest "TANVI'S" for your next meal.

We had a family meal at Les Bistro Des Amis last Wednesday lunch time . The staff were friendly and gave us time to catch up before ordering our food. However it was very cold in the restaurant and the heating was inadequate, which spoiled the occasion . The Seafood money bags were delicious but on the small side for a main course and the treacle tart was disappointing as it looked and tasted like a shop bought one not made in house. I expect the food I order in a restaurant to have been made there or at least to indicate where it’s come from.

We always go to Botafogo for my birthday and we're never disappointed. The food is top quality and the service is very good. The cap of rump served rare is exceptional. If you've not tried that before then you need to! They even brought me out a slice of chocolate cake and sang to me which was nice. Had to lie down on the sofa for an hour when I got home though. We'll be back in the New Year.
