Came for a meal when we were in the Yorkshire Dales last year and so enjoyed it that we booked a meal for this visit too. It did not disappoint. Staff are so friendly and helpful and dining area is beautifully set out. I enjoyed Lamb Kofta and my husband had the steak - both delicious. The puddings were very tempting but we could only manage icecream! Hopefully will be back in the Dales next year so we can book another visit.

I booked for a colleagues leaving lunch. The food was good, service was good, even though it was pretty busy. Great atmosphere and good value for money. I would definitely dine there again.

Good atmosphere Polite/friendly staff good service from the girls Manager quite unhelpful when we had concerns with 2 of the meals i.e no offer of a price reduction etc..... Several of the Mussels were unopen so dangerous to eat and he just shrugged our concerns off and the roast dinner the potatoes were hard as was some of the veg and the beef smelt off and again he shrugged off our concerns!!!!! We are a regular group of friends who visit at least once a month so expected much better customer service and will probably have difficulty persuading the 2 of our party to return if our concerns are not rectified in some way eg vouchers etc to spend if we return !!! We never even got an apology from the manager in charge that day Again one of the ladies who said she didn't want to pay for her roast dinner as it was so awful got no response from the staff and had to pay I look forward to your reply and offer of reimbursement of some kind Thank you

We had another excellent experience at Denmans. The food is exceptional, Rob is a very talented chef. The atmosphere is relaxed & friendly. Denmans is our favourite restaurant. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Ate here on fri lunch5/6. lovely meal ,pizza, calzone and Chicken sambuca, the chicken was great and plenty of mushroom. all well cooked. the service was good, but we had a little wait to pay. would recommend.

This is my favourite place in all of Sheffield. It's calming, welcoming and inclusive with animal welfare at the heart of everything they do. The cats aren't expected or forced to interact or perform for guests- the joy is in watching them go about their daily lives amongst you while you enjoy delicious food and drinks. The cat themed games on all the tables are a great conversation starter and the staff are always so friendly and up for a natter. It's really inclusive for neurodivergent and disabled folks- there's two steps into the place that they can provide a ramp for, and the rest is one level space with plenty of seating options. If you want to just have a calm chill out spot with cats galore, this is your second home.

Lovely place. Had a fabulous meal with friends a few weeks ago so thought I would bring family for a Sunday carvery. Big mistake. Carvery was fine but service totally let the meal down. Plates left on table for ages and took forever to get a second drink and dessert menu and then one of desserts was very dry/burnt at edges. When we left a child’s toy was left on table. We went straight back in but nobody knew anything about where it had gone. Such a shame as I was so impressed first time. Won’t be going again.

Tocketts is one of my favourite places to go for a carvery. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. The carvery and early bird menu are very good value for money however the drinks and puddings less so. Won't stop me going but I won't be having a desert.
