Amazing meal as always.

Lovely atmosphere and fantastic food

Absolutely brilliant. Very welcoming and friendly staff . Good fantastic food with plenty of choice, sizes are not small. and the prices spot on. This is our third time here and every time we come to Brid from Coventry we will definitely be eating here again.

We went again on Saturday evening, as always a warm welcome on arrival. Choice of food was excellent and the ‘Specials’ sounded to good not to order. We had a mixture of meals and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed a selection of starters of mussels, pate, meatballs and mains of lamb chops, linguine and steak. It was all cooked to perfection, plenty on the plate and was delicious. Looking forward to our next visit already..,

Booked a table for my birthday. Never got a happy birthday, desert , nothing. Asked for glass rose wine, got white, told waiter, brought it back think it had a small drop of red added to it. Didn’t taste like rose. Did feel slightly rushed , only two guys on! One had a face as long as a fiddle, food was lovely as always thought

After having a lovely meal at Luna Blu recently I used the online booking service to book an early table for 6 to celebrate my recent 50th birthday. On our arrival the venue was very busy with no available tables. Being a little early I asked one of the waitresses if our table would be ready for the time I had booked, but there was no record of it, even though I had email confirmation of the table and a follow up reminder message. The waitress apologised and said there was nothing she could do to find us a table. At this point some of the members of my party went to a different restaurant and booked us in straight away for a meal elsewhere. The waitress, in the meantime, did do her best to seat us, but by this time we had found an alternative venue for our meal. This was a great shame as it was not the evening I was hoping for and felt very disappointed that we had to go elsewhere. A poor rating below as a result of my booking not being processed in the first place.

Lovely meal ,food and service great has always

What a perfect night! We were greeted by who I think was the manager (very friendly man) and shown to our table where we were told there was a special live pianist show. Service was fast & friendly which was so comforting for a romantic meal at out candlelit table. On cue, the pianist Kim Tsang started playing as we were getting our starters, the classical music paired with the incredible food was one to remember. We had a pea soup and a mushroom starter, both faultless. Soon after we had our mains of risotto and a seafood linguine, again very fresh tasting & flavoursome. After our food had finished, the manager then made room for us down near the bar to sit with wine & watch the pianist to finish off our night. All round it was perfect as it was my first time taking my girlfriend (who lives in Birmingham ) out for a meal round Middlesbrough. She absolutely loved it and couldn’t believe the value for money too. We will definitely be returning as it’s round the corner on our doorstep. Thanks again Vine, and a warm thanks to Kim on the piano for bringing the evening together with her music!

We were two couples who enjoyed an afternoon here. The food was very tasty and came promptly. Will definitely be back.

We had booked a meal on Friday, having found the Aegean on a site for 10 best restaurants in Hull. We were not disappointed! Very friendly staff, excellent meal and a lovely setting. Our first time in Hull, but not the last. When we next come The Aegean will be our go to place. Great food, Greek background music setting the atmosphere.

Excellent food and service. Only drawback was a large very loud party close to us which spoiled what would have been a really great experience. Staff could not have been more obliging. Maybe best if large parties were segregated on the top floor.

Although somewhat quiet the food and music were both very enjoyable

The cow shed always serves top notch meals and snacks in a lovely setting. Dog friendly too, or the option of a cosy dog free zone beside the fire. The staff are swift and polite. We love going here after a good walk on the beach. My only suggestion would be to offer the option of sliced bread for sandwiches as not everyone can cope with ciabatta or crusty rolls. Everything else is lovely.

Always a great service. The place is a little crowded but that's because everyone's after a great tasting meal. Couldn't recommend more.
