Indian food that's actually like the food you get in India!! A tremendous place

visited last Friday.greeted by friendly staff.finally found a truly great dining experience.food was awesome and service was great.

we recently had a meal at the crooked billet and I'm sorry to say that it was the worst the meal i have ever had, we have been going there for a few months before hand and we really enjoyed the service and the fantastic food that the billet was offering, so we returned on a regular basis, as of a week ago for some reason the quality of service and food has dropped to a level that quite frankly is disgusting the regular manager was not there and the manager at the time was rude and frankly did not care about our complaint, we are sorry that the standards have dropped so much because we did really enjoy going there in the past...

Great food, great wines, excellent real ales, lovely staff. Quite a wide choice on the menu and they have daily specials on the "Hymn Sheet". Generous portions too. Lovely friendly atmosphere with real open fires and a nice mix of passers-by and locals. Nice rooms too if you want to stay a night or more.

The atmosphere at Cattlemens is always fun and friendly, they catered well for our large party as well as when it was just the two of us dining. The staff are friendly and attentive The steaks are by far the best in Yorkshire and really good value for money. Always cooked just the way you like them. We watched someone try the "Steak Challenge" and the staff really egged them on and encouraged them, it was fun to watch, we all clapped afterwards. Don't forget to leave room for a pudding though!

Since moving to Bradford in 1988 I have eaten Prashad's marvelous food hundreds of times, at first when it was an Indian deli and we lived around the corner (leading to very frequent visits) and in latter years in the restaurant - though the deli is still going strong too. We go a couple of times a month and the quality of the food is consistently excellent, as is the service. At around £12-15 per head (you'd have to have a prodigious appetite to go much over £20) it is very good value for money indeed. Prashad is Gujarati and vegetarian, but don't fall into the trap of thinking that makes it a place to go for 'a curry' or for meat eaters to suffer an evening with vegetarian friends (in my other life I'm an enthusiastic offal-eating carnivore), it's a restaurant where skilled chefs make delicious, vibrant tasting food, which is served by welcoming, knowledgeable staff - what more could you want?

This restaurant is amazing, after hearing some many good things about this place I decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed, the food and atmosphere was great and the wide selection of drinks left me a little tipsy ha!!!! You must give this little gem a try for yourself!!!!

The best curry in Bradford and considering Bradford is the curry capital of England that's quite impressive !! Absolutely great food and amazing staff.

Best restaurant in the area by far! Food is divine and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Mondays are the best with a 4 course menu and a live Italian singer all for a tenner! Been loads of times and quality is always as good. Love it.

Saturday 9th May Evening Meal for 4 adults. New A la Carte Menu - very good choice and prices. Excellent meal and service again at LeD2. Been on many occasions for lunch and evening meals and it never fails to disappoint.
