Burgers were delicious. Starters of calamari are overpriced. Service was excellent.

The food was lovely, but being charged £8.00 for a small, glass bottle of water was a bit excessive. The staff were pleasant.

Food was excellent. Lovely venue too. 1st visit after hearing good things from people. Can’t really recommend anything specific over anything else, as everyone’s meal was great. Pies were amazing - starters fantastic especially the calamari which is hard to cook right… Burgers were great…. Like I said - everything very nice.

Celebrating a birthday, the fish arrived and was orange! The manageress was amazing, sorted it out very quickly and was very honest. The food was very good with the replacement meal arriving very quickly. Only negative was one waitress was very surly when delivering our food.

Lunch stop Sunday afternoon 19th May. Food all fine. Service good and staff were engaging. Tables were cleared and cleaned which seems to be a lost art nowadays. All as expected, did the job.

Another great meal with friends in what has become our favourite restaurant. Great choice of food, friendly attentive staff. 10/10

Fantastic meal at Ellenders again. The steak and Stilton pie was, to quote my brother, the best he'd ever tasted. First class staffing service.

Booked for 7pm and ordered and the food arrived very promptly and was absolutely delicious. My son accompanied us on a flying visit from Yorkshireand was very very impressed with the quality. . Ellenders never disappoints.

Booked for my husbands birthday as we had heard lots of good reviews. Unbeknown to us if it’s your birthday and you have I.D you get your main meal for free so that was a lovely surprise. From arrival all the staff were very attentive. Didn’t have to wait too long for food, and the food was delicious. So would definitely recommend.

Booked table for 4 persons after our last visit meal atmosphere was brilliant but this time was not so good we all had burgers, mine i had black and blue supposed to have stilton through it there was none and the chips were awful no side garnish and for the price not worth it only good thing was the onion rings as a side i ordered, wife had the goat cheese burger very disappointing also, we bought 2 of our friends with us also had burgers all had no side garnish ! we told them how the food was good but was let down this time badly terrible !! we come to Springfields quite a lot but don't think we will come to " The Kitchen " again very disappointing.

Lovely Anniversary meal. The waitress was so helpful as my husband is Gluten Free. She went above and beyond with the service and finding any information we needed regarding the food and beer, The food was delicious! Could not fault anything . Thank you will defiantly recommend.

Plenty of parking, good food and friendly, attentive staff. Spent a couple of hours catching up with friends without feeling we were being hurried out the door. Would definitely go there again.
