Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreReally nice friendly staff, good food, reasonably priced. What a great place to eat. After being turned away from 2 other Italian restaurants on a not so busy Tuesday evening, we were welcomed with a smile by the staff at Casa Italia. Our drinks order arrived quickly and the garlic bread for starters got our appetites going. We both had pasta dishes for mains and were pleased with the generous portion size. Another round of drinks and the bill came to less than £30.
Casa Italia – Liverpool City CentreFound this outlet on Sugarvine. I've been trying to locate greek ingredients for years. Went down on saturday morning and they were really helpful. If your cooking greek food at home and you need authentic meats and drinks....this is the place
Leonidas Foods – Mossley HillWent last night and the food was fabulous, the service good and the restaurant although not in the best part of town was really quite nice inside. I would definitely go there again and would recommend it to anyone. Best Indian food in Liverpool.
Maharaja South Indian Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreThe atmosphere is amazing in this place, the food is outstanding. we could barley finish it off as the portions were so big. I would definitely go back next time i am in Liverpool. The staff are very friendly, and the service is fast. I recommend the meze for anyone stuck on what to order.
Zorbas – Liverpool City CentreFood and service excellent, highly recommend the Prawn Mango Curry and Chicken butter fry. This is not your ordinary Indian restaurant, the food is a subtle blend of southern spices, the flavours are delicate and mouth watering. We will be returning very soon.
Maharaja South Indian Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreWe have been eating at Bacchus since it very first opened, the food is simply excellent and we always leave satisfied. The friendly atmosphere and intimacy of the restaurant makes it a home from home. The staff are down to earth and always on hand to help, the food is excellent value for money and it is obvious that only the best ingredients are used, well worth a visit.
Bacchus Taverna – Liverpool City CentreMy husband and I visited the Munro last night 30th November , We were kindly offered a free meal for two in a recent promotion We entered to a warm welcome from the staff and enjoyed two courses cooked and presented to perfection. The staff were excellent polite attentive and made us to feel valued ,considering we were only paying for the wine. I really would like to thank the staff and management for a really enjoyable night out and we will return and ensure all our family and friend consider the Munro when planning to dine out,
The Monro – Liverpool City CentreFood is nice although not a good place to take children as the staff make it known that they are not welcome, they also do not have proper high chairs and so babies cannot sit comfortably and are prone to knocking their heads on the back of the seats. There is also no room for prams so if you have an infant you must leave the pram at the door and take your little one to the table with you. Drinks (childrens) are also served in glasses so are not very safe for young children.
Casa Italia – Liverpool City Centrei have been going to the villa for 5 years, the staff are great and always very helpful. Ive used it for entertaining clients at work family meals, Christmas staff nights out and romantic meals with my hubby. You wont be disappointed with anything about your time there.
Villa Romana – Liverpool City CentreNot so much a recommendation to go but to be wary. Firstly, I have been here many times before, it is an amazing place; the food is to die for. However on my last visit we had two separate dishes with food in them and dirty glasses with beer residue. When we tried to complain the management weren't having it, telling us it is 'only hair'. I think they thought we were too young to afford the food, not realising we were a group of recently qualified dentists and doctors!
Spice Lounge – Liverpool City CentreWent there the other week...refurbishment great..sad to say the dinner menu, was not impressed...staff,liked it the old way waited too long, never received our bottle of wine, had to prompt the waitress a second time,,,the wine was not on our bill, but we mentioned it regardless,,no encouragement for our honesty... Will not be goin back,,,very poor indeed 5/10
The Monro – Liverpool City CentreThe first time me and my partner went in August we had great time. The food was amazing and the service was second to none and we have been too many top Restaurants. So we re-booked and went again last week.. and what a shame.. Once we were seated we had to wait 40 minutes before our drinks arrived!! and we were served by about 6 different people! The food was OK.. nothing to write home about.. so really disappointing and the bill came to £180.. Definitely was not worth that.. August visit 8.5/10 November Visit 4/10

Panoramic 34 – Liverpool City CentreA very good value carvery.
Britannia Inn – Liverpool City CentreFood 10/10 Service 9/10 Value 10/10 Decor 9/10 Will visit again anytime soon.
Bistro Pierre – Liverpool City CentreTook a risk and booked my mum's 70th birthday party at Puschka, just of the reviews on various websites. Well the risk paid off and then some!! All party goers thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Food and staff were excellent, they were very flexible in creating a set menu, and added a beautiful touch of letting me choose a title to the menu, so that everyone could take the printed menu away with them as a keepsake. The restaurant is of a nice size, intimate but not small, with well dressed tables and lovely décor. I will definitely be going back and many of the party goers said the same thing (varying ages). The prices on the menu are reasonable and value for money for the good food and service you will receive.
Puschka – Liverpool City CentreHaving had many fine meals here. We were a bit disappointed with the Bistro Xmas Menu. Not a single vegetarian option on it. I'm sure the chefs would knock us something up if we got there. . .But that is really not the point. With so many good venues now in Liverpool we will be taking our custom elsewhere this Christmas. Come on Hope Street....surely you can do better than that. Maybe some veggie and even Vegan options next year for me and my animal loving friends? ~Please~
60 Hope Street – Liverpool City Centre2 courses plus a piece of home-made dessert, £12.50. Available until 6.30pm Wednesday and Thursday and until 5.30pm Fridays (excludes Bank Holidays).
