Puschka – Liverpool City CentreHAVING BEEN TO THE INDIAN DELIGHT ON A WEEKLY BASIS I FEEL I MUST RE-ADDRESS THE BALANCE,I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THE RESTAURANT TO BE EXCEPTIONAL IN EVERY WAY FROM THE POPADOMS TO THE KING PRAWN TIKKA GARLIC BE IT AT 6PM OR 2AM.A VERY PLEASEd AND SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
Indian Delight – Liverpool City CentreAbsolutely fantastic food, cooked in authentic Kerala style - delicious and healthy. Well worth a visit.
Maharaja South Indian Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreOk, so it was our wedding not just a meal out. But the food was excellent, both for the wedding breakfast and the evening buffet. The portions were more than enough and it was cooked to perfection. The evening buffet was amazing - lovely food, all piping hot and plenty of it. Would recommend it to anyone
Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower Hotel – Liverpool City CentreWent in for lunch here after reading good reviews. What a pleasant surprise. I don't mind getting greasy curries because it usually means that the food is authentic so I was a bit worried about the food being cooked with water instead of ghee. The food was lovely though. A wide range of dishes that both managed to be delicately spiced and very light. Can? wait to go back!
Maharaja South Indian Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreThe taste of real Indian food because I know I am an Indian. At last we found a restaurant in UK which claims to be Indian food but is not Pakistani or Bangladeshi.
Maharaja South Indian Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreWhat can I say the food here is the best that have ever tasted the Meat samosas and the Seek kebab are truly amazing. The staff are very down to earth and friendly although the place could do with a bit of a makeover as it is slightly dated. The portions are large and it is very cheap probably one of the best-priced restaurants that I have been to. Well worth a try you wont be disappointed
Uni Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreFantastic and entertaining experience. Food is excellent as well as the service.
Sapporo Teppanyaki Liverpool – Liverpool City CentreI chose to visit this restaurant on Saturday at lunch time It is the only Indian I know of open at this time. I ate a selection of poppadoms and delicious unusual pickles followed by an equally good dosa then the set lunch - a small portion of chicken, fish and vegetable curries with lentils and spinach, rice and bread. The food was excellent. It was fresh and flavoursome. This restaurant is far removed the standard curry house and is well worth a visit. I will return.
Maharaja South Indian Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreWent after recommendation on a thursday night, had to wait for a table due to popularity , lived upto all expectations, very classy , service outstanding, food superb , cost about £30 per head, such a good choice you have to go back, could not fault anything,
Piccolino – Liverpool City Centrevery clean. very good choice of unusual dishes, not the usual Indian menu, have recommended to several friends. Are going again this week!
Maharaja South Indian Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreMy boyfriend took me here for valentines day. The food was amazing and they decorated the tables with feathers & rose petals. what else can i say it was pure heaven!
St John Restaurant at the Sir Thomas Hotel – Liverpool City CentreBirthday party of 8, quite few other parties on the night also. Food was well presented and a very good selection for all courses. Stage acts were very well received although early in the night people were more intent on the meal than the cabaret. Thoroughly enjoyed by all the party, would highly recommend a visit.
Blundell Street Supper Club – Liverpool City CentreKinda a new restaurant which has been there for a year plus. Personally I like the atmosphere there which gave me a fresh feeling. Food is excellent with a range of variety. If you are not sure what to go for, you could ask a member of staff to recommend some nice food! If you are going there for brunch "yum cha" , they wont put an extra cost for the tea..so relatively it is pretty inexpensive..
Mei Mei – Liverpool City CentreCame in last Wednesday for lunch and it was brilliant food excellent service brilliant will come again very soon thank you for a lovely afternoon.
The Monro – Liverpool City CentreWe visited Il Forno for lunch so it was obviously quieter than it would be of an evening. The starters of Chicken livers cooked in Brandy and cream and my King prawns with a pesto dressing were delightful accompanied by a variety of bruchetta that were divine. For our mains there was a perfectly cooked steak and I had the best pizza i have ever tasted even better than in Italy. It was topped with cheese porcini mushrooms and a truffle cream. The only let down was the side order of fries that were rather thin and not very crispy also they arrived long after our main courses. But the rest of the food certainly made up for it. Il Forno also has an exceptionally good wine list- I think there was over 80 wines on it. We will definitely be returning.
Il Forno – Liverpool City CentreMaster Chef is the best restaurant in Liverpool. The food is delicious, the waiters are very friendly and will accommodate any request within their power, you can bring your own booze, and its great value for money.
Master Chef Tandoori Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreThis is the BEST restaurant in Liverpool! I was fortunate enough to be treated to an amazing meal here by my Dad for my birthday last year and I can really say it was the best meal I have ever had. Not only was the food fantastic, the service was impeccable and the ambience lovely. If you can afford it, this is THE place to go if you want truly special night.
