We have always come here pre theatre. Good value as always. Food and Service from the lady with bright coloured hair was excellent Popped back at interval as we always do. Always recommend to others and invite friends to join us there. Only negative was the young bar girl, didn’t seem interested in her role. Seemed to be highly irritated if you asked her anything.

Called in to Ma Egertons before a show, we had reserved a table which is a good idea if you are going to eat as it gets very busy pre show, the food is excellent, we had a pizza and scouse, both perfect, and prices are so cheap for what you get. Staff are great, drinks are a great price, would recommend at any time. It's a fantastic old pub full of characters and character, great place and the landlady is brilliant.

As always the cats were in great form and very entertaining. Perfect to cheer us up on a wet October Saturday afternoon. Lovely place to visit knowing our visit supports the amazing work of the rescue

We felt an extremely warm and welcoming atmosphere from the second we walked through the door, the staff are very kind, helpful and knowledgeable on the cats and will be happy to chat to you should you wish. The café itself is very clean and decorated well, there are plenty of places for the cats to explore and toys to play with, which makes for good entertainment! There was a good range of food and drink, which was good value for money and very tasty. They also provide covers for your food to stop the cats getting to it. The overall value is excellent and comes with an extra feel-good factor, as all profits go towards keeping Jackson's Animal Rescue going! I will definitely return :)

Came here for a family birthday meal. We had Banquet 2. Delicious !! The staff were very attentive and friendly, the restaurant is spotlessly clean with a lovely ambiance. Will be returning again soon. Thank you.

Had an amazing meal on Saturday for my son’s birthday. From start to finish the food and service was excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

We love Christakis. Meat platter is always fantastic. Good is always fast and delicious. Only wish is that you had beer on draft.

Great food and service. It’s a little quirky that you go through the pub to get to it but well worth a visit. We had the fajitas and chilli con carne and both were superb. The food and drink is top notch, at a great price and it’s cooked in front of you. We have visited a few times and will be back again soon.

Me and my partner enjoyed lovely meal, the food was just amazing and all the staff were very friendly. I’ll definitely be going back to enjoy another lovely meal.

Ate here many times but no more. Can be like a wackey warehouse with screaming kids running around. The food is usually good but sometimes can be not as good. The service is good but, please do not come and remove my plate while im still eating....this has happened a few times now...and pushing to sell more drinks is so bad...and then then the bill....they ask you do you want to round your bill up for service charge...wow, im a customer not your employer, i dont pay your wages.

Having eaten at christakis on numerous occasions in the past,we were looking forward to having a nice meal,I had a starter of fried calamari,which I usually enjoy but this time it was tough and like rubber,however I ate it instead of complaining,our main meals arrived ,my wife had Afelia pork with rice,right away it looked dry and was not what we expected,I had Combo Kebab ,the chicken was over cooked and dry the pork was so tough I couldn’t eat it, normally I would have complained bitterly, but I just couldn’t be bothered,we asked for a doggie bag and our little dog enjoyed it tonight with his meal. Today both my wife and I have been feeling a bit iffy to say the least,My own fault I should have done what I would normally do,complain,but i didn’t.

We all really enjoyed our stay at the cat cafe, the cats are wonderful company & come rushing to greet you when you sit. We loved the cake& drinks but I would recommend using smaller glasses for younger visitors maybe short wide tumblers as between the girls& the cats a lot of drink was spilt. This did not detract from our overall experience! A very happy group of cats& cat lovers. My daughter loved her birthday get together!

Lovely enjoyable afternoon into evening. The food was gorgeous no complaints at all. Staff were very friendly & even took photos for us!… we were a party of 9 & the food all came more or less together. Nice comfortable restaurant. Only tiny downside there was no cocktail with vodka!…We will definitely book again.

Had a meal here recently and it was delightful. A welcoming place with warm friendly staff that were very attentive. I was out with 2 friends that are notoriously fussy and we all enjoyed our meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Also, the best hummus & tahini I have ever tasted.
