The waiters/ waitresses just absolutely left us we was a table of 10 which is really not acceptable, food was very poor oil all gathered on the plate which caused us not to eat atmosphere wasn’t great either food take around a good hour to come

I didn't even turn up for this as we where staying close by so called in for a drink as we walked in your bar star was sat on the floor behind the bar picking his nose so I canceled the booking

As always food fantastic, staff are friendly and quick to serve. Friendly atmosphere in there every time we've been in. Would not hesitate in going again.

We had our meal at 16.00hrs on 31st December 2024. The staff here are exceptional. They are a credit to the restaurant. My wife and I had 2 courses each. Each dish was delicious. Good portions and good prices. Well done and thank you for your service. Happy New Year

Had a fabulous meal , such a lovely atmosphere, great service , NYE was perfect with our friends food is always delicious , we had the mixed starter with prawn toast , spring rolls chicken satay and chicken in vine leaves , so tasty and then I had duck drunken noodles , spicy and delicious

We were a party of 5 with a baby. Had to wait 15 mins for our table. Service was very good and meals came quick. However the steak was undercooked and bacon on the burger was also not cooked enough and unable to eat. We did not complain at the time as being New Year’s Eve it was so busy. We come to Liverpool on a regular basis and always eat here. So we were very disappointed

We booked last minute on new years eve and could not fault Roberto's and there service. Staff were amazing, food was delicious and great value for money we'll 100% visit again.

Lovely food, good value for money and excellent service. Complimentary brownie for dessert! Lovely evening.

Visited on New Year's Eve. Had a banquet which was delicious, time was allowed between courses. All staff are very friendly, nice relaxed atmosphere. Will be visiting again soon.

This is my 10th NYE time me and my boyfriend have had come here the staff are very friendly and attentive.Food is always excellent.Absolutely love this restaurant.One of the best restaurants in Liverpool.
