Always have a lovely meal food always hot and served promptly nice wine selection too

We had a delicious dinner; the service was great; the atmosphere perfect; the singer added to the atmosphere. Sorella is an asset to the area!

The Windmill is an exceptional addition to our Village. The refurbishment is Excellent. We have enjoyed the hospitality of Ed the manager for many years and more to come. Great Hospitality always. Met a few new Staff and Pleased to see Pauline back again at the Opening always another great addition to The Windmill long may it Continue. Big thanks Ed

Me, my partner and our friend went to this restaurant last night. We have been multiple times and never had any problems it’s always 10/10. Last night I ordered a curry that I haven’t ordered before but after a quick google search of the name it was described as spicy and creamy. What came was extremely bland with little to no flavour let alone any spice and had shavings of coconut in. I dipped my spoon in and immediately was slightly repulsed. Usually when I’m not a fan of something I will eat it but never order it again. This however I could not eat. I spoke to a server and apologised for being awkward but asked if I could have something else instead. He nodded, agreed and said it was no problem. 2 minutes later another server I am assuming a manager came over holding the original curry and asked what the problem was. I explained that it wasn’t as it described and apologised again for being awkward. He said “well you ordered it so what do you want me to do?” very sternly. I was taken aback and I asked for a new curry as I had made a mistake in ordering and it was not what was described. The server said I could have a new curry but I would still be paying full price for the original curry too. I said that I haven’t eaten any only dipped my spoon in. I would understand if I had eaten a significant amount however, I had only dipped my spoon in to try it as it looked nothing like described. The waiter became very rude and said that he will be charging me full price for the curry because they “can’t reuse it” I apologised again but said I will not pay for something that I have not eaten. At this point the whole restaurant was looking at us and I was very uncomfortable. I told him that we will be leaving the restaurant due to the service and that we will not be paying any of the bill as the rest of the party didn’t eat any of theirs due to waiting for me to receive my new curry that I was promised. It was only then that the server agreed to get me a new curry and take the price of the original curry off. The rest of our meal was ruined after this as other tables kept glancing over and we overheard loud conversations from tables surrounding about the situation. I have social anxiety and I never complain about food so to be confronted like that over something so small was very overwhelming. We went home straight after, cancelling our plans with our friends as my mood was very low. I do not think that I will return after this visit due to how unprofessional and rude the server was to me. It’s a shame because this restaurant is usually our go to whenever we are in Monton. We received no apology for how we were spoken to.

Loved the fact that this restaurant is so laid back but the food they produce is exquisite! The service is second to none and we definitely will be back!!

We regularly visit this pub the staff are ever so friendly and can't do enough for you, we take our little Basset Hound Charlie who has a chicken portion for his dinner love pub van recommend it x

Great service and food. We were a party of 9 for a late (2.30 lunch) and they looked after us splendidly.

I found chicken in my vegetarian meal which I had to pick out. Not sure how the food was this badly cross-contaminated since none of the table had ordered meals with any chicken in. When we informed the waiters they just said sorry and cleared our plates but didn’t seem that concerned that this had happened and didn’t offer any kind of compensation. It was a shame because I would’ve really enjoyed my meal otherwise.

Best restaurant ever. Had a brilliant evening celebrating my friends birthday. Food as always was amazing along with Bianca our hostess.

Visited last night to celebrate family birthday and we had a lovely time. Food was excellent and good value for money as there was a 20% discount on Tuesday which was also a nice surprise. There only seemed to be two members of staff but they were really attentive and service was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to return

Food staff beer wine was all good but we had only just finished our main and they was asking for our table as there was a party of 8 booked in bang goes my dessert oh and we were shown to our table late as the people before us only just finished and the table still needed cleaning so they didnt take that into account think you need to extend your time slots apart from that and no dessert all good

Cannot recommend highly enough the food is amazing you really cannot go wrong on what ever you order. We have been regulars for over a year now. Joanne and Aggie are very friendly and very welcoming as are all the staff and the service is very attentive. We have used la Sentidos Loca for birthdays and they have never failed to accommodate. We will continue to return time and time again.
