Lovely atmosphere, delicious food!

My family and I had Christmas Day dinner, there were 7 of us altogether. The day/restaurant was very busy and even chaotic at times but despite the pressure the team were under, the service and food were phenomenal. I would definitely take my family there again next year for Christmas Day dinner.

Yet again great service and lovely food

I was really looking forward to this meal but unfortunately the atmosphere was not good as they have now put far too many tables in the restaurant which felt cramped and not relaxing. We asked to move but we couldn’t and unfortunately the foo portions were very small, the food was tasty though.

Friendly welcome on arrival. The dining space is beautifully decorated with different seating options available. The service was timely with pleasant, friendly chat and helpful explanations of specials of the day and items that were not on the main menu. We decided on a Greek platter which was nicely presented, with plentiful choices of salads, pitta, kofta, tacos and sauces. The cheesecake dessert was outstanding and we finished off with Irish coffee and an After eight shot. Everything was on point, we loved our visit here. Thank you to all the staff.

We had a lovely meal on Saturday evening with our little girl for her 2nd birthday. The service was really good. The staff were lovely to our little girl and she said her pasta was Delicious! Our food was really good too. We all had pasta and a garlic bread to share. Thank you for a lovely experience

This is now our go to favourite restaurant for my family and I. The food is great, wonderful service and it feels like coming over to see family. We love every moment . In our busy lives, it’s necessary to have a moment to connect with our teenage children and this restaurant provides that perfectly. We ll be back soon

This was our first experience at Sorella. It did not disappoint. Everything from the ambience to the service and the food was faultless. I can’t recommend this place enough we will definitely be going back.

5 of us including my 89 year mum were celebrating a birthday. The food, atmosphere, staff were all excellent. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and will return very soon.

We came upon this place when walking around Wigan in the afternoon Booked for the same evening. Beautiful cocktails, food and great service Very good value for money Great spontaneous evening!

We have been to the Rising Moon several times before our most recent visit and have always been happy with everything, this last time however we waited almost 45 minutes for our meal, the restaurant was not busy there were only a few customers in so I don't know why the service was so slow, the food as usual was great and reasonably priced but the wait without any explanation did spoil our visit We will go again though and just put this down to a blip

Cannot fault this venue. Warm welcome, service perfect and the food is always full of flavour. I recommend to everyone.
