Vibrant atmosphere and packed out (alwaysd a good sign). The four of us had a lovely meal on Saturday night. The food was greaty and the service excellent. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Although the night started off with abit of a hiccup it ended up being an absolutely amazing night. I booked my table 2 months in advance to watch a very close friend perform there. I booked a table of 8. When we arrived we was greeted by the very friendly male host. We sat down and placed our orders for food and drink, 2 people on our table were not eating as they simply did not fancy anything. Shortly after this a blonde lady from behind the bar came to the front to speak to the host, she then turned around and shouted “who books tables in a restaurant and doesn’t eat.” She then came to me directly and very rudely said “why are you not eating, you know we’re a restaurant?” I calmly replied, “we are eating” and gestured to my knife and fork which the waitress had placed on the table. My friend asked why she was being so rude and she suddenly changed her tone of voice and said “let’s start again” blew us a kiss and walked off. This interaction was very rude and very unprofessional.. but that doesn’t reflect on the rest of the staff. The host, the bar staff and the waitresses were all absolutely amazing all night and in the end we had an absolutely amazing night. The food was stunning and the cocktails and entertainment were unmatched. I would love to return one day and hope that we start off on a better foot.

Unbelievable service and food was lovely, we just found the restaurant a bit cold as we were sat at the back near the patio windows.

My Wife, Father and I stopped here last night for dinner before heading into Manchester’s AO arena for an event. This was a 5pm booking but was already getting busy. Starter was delicious and we were advised to share one as the mains were large portions…. They were absolutely right. The food was delicious and very filling, whilst the service was excellent. We were well catered for all evening with great interactions with all the staff. The bill was reasonable for what we ate including dessert and we would highly recommend anyone to stop here

Again a lovely well presented and cooked meal with the type of service the Rising Moon has a well deserved reputation for. Wheelchair access plus the pleasant and very helpful staff brings the evening to a satisfying memory. Well done to you all and thanks.

Amazing food, staff and the best entertainment from Jake himself! Our 13th wedding anniversary this weekend and we had to book our favourite as always! Wishing all the staff a very merry Xmas!t

Absolutely fantastic food, service and staff.

Enjoyed everything about this. Super friendly staff, lovely food - couldn’t eat it all. We had to change the booking time at short notice and this was dealt with no problem.

The food is always very good and plentiful, the restaurant is always lively, the staff are welcoming and the service is great. We have been many times and we will be going again soon.

First visit and extremely impressed with the whole experience. A little quiet on arrival @ 5pm but slowly picked up. Food very tasty and served by very friendly, attentive and efficient staff. Would definitely recommend the Lamb Biriani!! Looking forward to my next visit.

Really consistent good Italian food. Great menu choices. Service excellent and always a pleasant atmosphere. We visit fairly frequently and we have never had a bad meal or experience. Also very good value for money.

Brilliant place to meet up with old school friends. We were seated near the door, but moved us on request as it was cold and draughty. As we settled to our new table, there was a party behind us that was so loud, we couldn't hear our own conversation. After another request, we were found another quieter table where we could eat in relative peace. The food was delicious and served promptly. Adam, who looked after us, went above and beyond his remit, making sure we had a good night. Delicious food and great service.
