The food and service was fine. Communication was dire. Booked for 4pm on Saturday 7/12. Party of 6. Were advised when we arrived that the table was needed at 6pm as there was a function. Accepted this but would have been better if we had been advised prior. Much to our disappointment, it wasn't just the table that was required. The whole pub was shutting at 6pm for a private function. 30th birthday party? We were rushed to finish our drinks and then ushered out. This spoilt what was intended to be a leisurely family get together. If I had been given this information on booking I would have gone elsewhere. We have eaten here a few times. I will think twice before returning. Poor show. Disappointing.

Celebrated my husbands birthday. Everything was brilliant. Staff, food, timing. We had a most enjoyable evening. First time for some of the family and they said they would definitely go again. Thank you for a memorable evening.

In general this was very good. Reasonable prices for decent food. Service was good so nothing really to criticise. I would recommend a visit. There was a slight smell of drains at the table we sat, occasionally but not to make it sufficiently uncomfortable.

Here is my review… Well, the meal was I suspected.. the Turkey was tasteless, I was brought water instead of tonic water, the gravy had never seen meat and was very salty (probably to encourage us to order more drinks), the potatoes were rehydrated, the vegetables were served on the plate and not in dishes.. a real problem for one of our group. The bream with just rice and no vegetables , we had to wait 30 minutes between those having a starter, and 30 between main and dessert (which at least lived up to expectation). But as you can guess, the meal did not live up to expectations.. if It hadn’t been for the company I would have caused a fuss. As it was, they were informed by most of us of our disappointment. When I’ve been before, the general menu was fine, but this was supposed to be a Christmas Special and, ergo, more expensive! I will not go again.

First time here were definitely not disappointed. Delicious food, great service and good portions. Everything was served nice and hot. Very pleasant modern, comfortable restaurant with good atmosphere.

Myself and two friends had a lovely meal at the Anatolian. The waiting staff were very courteous and attentive and the food was beautiful. The surroundings were spotless, pleasant to look at and the seating very comfortable. They have an extensive vegetarian menu and cater well for customers who have a gluten free diet. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody. Thank you Anatolian, I hope to see you again very soon.

One of my favourite places to eat and drink in Didsbury day or night. A lovely cosy atmosphere and the staff are so friendly. But I'm writing a review because the chicken stew was so good I can't stop thinking about it!

A small family lunch get together. Lovely food and reasonably priced, something to suit everyone. The staff were friendly and attentive. All in all a great place to catch up with friends and family.

The 3rd time we have been in the last month or so, the food is fantastic, the service and atmosphere is delightful! The staff had no problem catering for us and our young children. L’Aguila has become our go to Italian Restaurant. The steaks are amazing, the gamberoni is to die for, and the Carbonara is superb!! This is a must try restaurant.
