L’Aquila is by far the best Italian restaurant in the area. We won’t go anywhere else. Beautiful food and charming environment. It’s nice to know you’re helping a family run business.

Great service , lovely food everything spot on . Thought it would be quiet at 5.30 on a Friday but had a great vibe and loved the live music . Very attentive staff , well done Sorella .

Beautiful meal for my daughter's birthday. We had a wide selection of starters and mains and were looked after really well by the waitress. I opted for the chicken tikka starter and railway lamb main with buttered paratha which was very tasty. Only knocked a point off atmosphere as it was quiet so we felt a bit noisy, the playlist was excellent.

Amazing food - we went as a family of 4 and each (unusually) had 3 courses - starters, mains and puds - all plates cleaned as all were excellent. Lovely local feel and atmosphere too. We’ll definitely be back!!

Cannot fault anything. Absolutely beautiful food, lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Went above and beyond and sang to my mum on her birthday and made her some cake. Definitely going back again. Lovely place.

Everything about this restaurant is exceptional. The staff are very attentive. The service is quick and the food is amazing! Every visit is as great as the last. One of our favourite places to dine.

Always have a lovely meal at L’Aquila Prestwich. Doesn’t matter what we have, always enjoy the meal. Service is great, friendly and welcoming staff. Looking forward to our Christmas Day there!

The server was not polite and seemed dismissive and not welcoming. It's a shame because the food tastes amazing. Have taken several friends here for the food but always complain about the service.

Lovely lunchtime catch up with friend. Service excellent, although they were very busy. Food was great and the apple crumble is delicious. Will definitely be back
