Good food, good service, good time !!

Visited on a Sunday (booked a table online earlier in the day). Chose from the dinner menu, very good menu, plenty of choice for vegetarians like myself.. Had the roasted cauliflower for me, & a lamb dish for my boyfriend We were both very impressed by the quality of the produce, perfectly seasoned in my opinion (I like quite strong flavours) & presented really nicely with a bit of extra flair. Portion sizes were spot on, but I'm not a massive eater to be honest. Lots of staff working hard as it was busy, & we didn't have to wait long for our meals. Congrats to the chefs, serving staff & managers, this is a well oiled machine!

The food was very nice. They have made a big improvement on their desserts. I really enjoyed my salted caramel cheese cake. The last two times I was disappointed on my desserts lemon meringue lacked zest and sticky toffee pudding over cooked. Today both desserts where amazing. Really enjoyed our evening

Gorgeous food, nice house wine. I've had lasagne twice; so good. Hubby's salmon pasta and Parma ham bruschetta were lovely. Only thing, the cushions we were sitting on had obviously been around for too long. Service good.

A rare gem of a restaurant. Family friendly atmosphere. Food was great. Ordered Pizzas which were well presented and tasted delicious.

Excellent service and atmosphere in this lovely pub restaurant. I had a excellent pint of ale and my friend enjoyed the wine. There was a great choice available on the menu. Both meals were nice,y presented and tasty. I would definitely recommend the Windmill.

First time visiting here and it didn't disappoint us at all, everything was eaten and enjoyed, staff were nice too will definitely be going back.

Been here three times and it is very good food,and a very good menu, hope you can change now and then, carry on with the good food

Absolutely fabulous food and service , definitely returning thank you Joanne and Dave. If you haven’t tried iit it’s a must !! Had the fish platter and chunky chips was amazing food especially the cocktails too !! See you soon !

Great meal, with lovely staff serving

We've been to this restaurant several times and always had exceptional service (Joanna is our favourite server - always friendly and welcoming!) The food is delicious and full of mexican flavour. Very generous portion sizes and not overly expensive. The cocktails are proper ones too, not watered down at all. Atmosphere is always great, with mexican playlists and sombrero hats and colourful walls. It's a special place to me as I met my now husband at LSL when we had our first date 3 years ago. We come back every year for our anniversary (but also eat here a few times in between). Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

As usual food was amazing and the very smiley blonde waitress she has told me her name before but cant remember now but she deserves the biggest raise as her attitude and manners make the experience there so much better

Warm, friendly atmosphere with freshly cooked authentic Italian food. We went as a family and made to feel so welcome. The tiramisu is the best I've ever had.
