My first visit and won’t be my last. Food; fresh locally sourced ingredients well cooked and well presented. Wine; high quality understated in menu. Service; faultless, young female servers, attention to detail was impressive and never intrusive. A great location plenty of space and very close to Heaton Park tram stop

Great friendly service, lovely welcome when you walk through the door. The staff and mien host cannot do enough for you. Food is excellent, well cooked and presented. Not rushed making the evening very enjoyable

Disappointing. The majority of diners found food quite bland. This was a contrast to how i found the food the week before. The service was good though and the restaurant is nice.

It was my first time here. Chosen for a girls night, traveling from various locations. Food was absolutely delicious. Service was spot on, and waiting staff were all very attentive. The establishment itself is very impressive. Clean, quirky and great vibe. Will definately return. Highly recommend xx

Great choice of delicious dishes from a wonderful team of chefs.

Visited with family on a Friday, early evening. We were running a few minutes late and received a friendly greeting upon arrival. Our table was appropriate for the size of our party and we are attended to well by staff, taking drinks orders quickly and food orders shortly after we were ready. Everything ran smoothly and the food was well cooked and as expected. We ate three courses and drank cocktails and beers and were not disappointed and felt the value for money was reasonable. Kids menu a bit sparse but, had something ours wanted so, that's a positive!

Went on a Friday night (pre-booked) atmosphere was really nice and chilled, everyone was enjoying themselves. We had two courses and two bottles of wine, which was really decently priced! The food was honestly amazing, and service was spot on. I have been a couple of times and its never let me down, can't recommend enough.

I have never been to Mario’s before, in fact I didn’t even know it existed! I’ve been missing out. Absolutely amazing king prawn linguine and such a great sized portion. My friends food looked equally delicious. The service was fabulous and the staff friendly. I’ll definitely be making a return visit. Also the perfect location if you’re going to the theatre.
