I visited The Rising Moon with two friends on Tuesday 2 July. I had reserved a table. We were greeted by a friendly team and settled at a table. We were asked about drinks first which came quickly. We needed time to make food choices and that was fine. All meals were hot, nicely presented, tasty. Would recommend this pub for meals Thanks to Brooke for her attention to three of her primary school teachers

Had a lovely family meal on 30th June. Food lovely and tasty. I cant praise the staff enough. So efficient and friendly what a great team. Everywhere was spotless a lovely experience and we will be back.

Came here on Sunday with our friends, service was great and food came so quickly. We had the platter and it was amazing, this is our second visit and we will definitely be back. England were playing and I called a few days before to ask for a table closer to the tv which they were able to accommodate so that made it even better! Thank you

We visited to celebrate a birthday. The food was outstanding - never disappoints! The service is outstanding and the attention to detail from all of the staff makes a real difference! Great value for money and something for everyone!

I can honestly say I’ve never left Sorella without have a wonderful evening, the staff are amazing, the food never fails to impress and the entertainment is a wonderful bonus. It’s an absolute gem on our high street in Uppermill.

After just visiting turkey and someone recommending this establishment. I came with high expectations it is a very expensive restaurant for quite flavourless food. The meat was dry and over cooked. The drinks tasted funny and i was excited to taste the side dish of bulgar which every turkish dish came with in turkey. This reastaurant let me down with a side of boiled rice. Although i was the only one in my group to be let down my friends liked it so it may be a difference in expectations. Would not eat here again.

Have always had a good time and meal when visiting and although food was good today our visit could have been better. We arrived and were shown to a table told someone would be over in a couple of minutes 20 minutes later and no one had been. We then ordered drinks which arrived but the wine glasses were dirty. There was a long wait for food after we ordered and when it arrived we had to ask for a spoon for the soup as the staff put it down and walked away. At no point were we asked if everything was ok, if we had everything we needed or did staff approach to ask if any other drinks were wanted. When plates were cleared again we were not asked if the food was ok and not asked if desserts were wanted. We had to go to the bar to get additional drinks as the staff did not look in our direction. A staff member came to bring the coffees and desserts we ordered at the bar and told us we would need to vacate the table in 30 minutes. We ate our desserts, drank coffees and then it took 20 minutes for someone to be free to get us the bill. There was a large party that was obviously pre-booked and it appeared staff were only interested in those customers, if they were unable to provide service they should not have been allowing other customers to order. We were planning on staying for additional drinks after eating however due to the service from the staff we went to a pub further down the road!

Second time here and again the service was spot on, food was delicious. Lovely place to eat and will definitely be going again.

One of my favourite restaurants. All the F’s - fantastic food, fantastic staff and fantastic atmosphere, You can relax and enjoy the food and ambience. Not rushed to leave. Wonderful all round! Love it!
