The Drop Bar Cafe Restaurant – ChorltonWe had a fantastic meal at the Anatolian Grill in Prestwich for my birthday. The meal was lovely, we all enjoyed everything. The food was well cooked, very hot (temperature wise) & the staff were very friendly & helpful. We've been a few times & will definitely be back.

Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentreGreat food and service
Chakalaka – Manchester City CentreLovely service and great food at reasonable prices
Mario’s Pizzeria Ristorante – RochdaleReservation at 6pm. Theatre tickets at 7 30. When booking I added that we had theatre tickets and noted that Gio offer a pretheatre menu. As we were given our menus I asked the waiter if we needed to order quickly or just have one course because of timings for the theatre. He said no - that pre-theatre meals is what they are good at. We were ready to order as soon as asked. Garlic bread and salad as starters and pizza and pasta as main. Not too complex. Garlic bread arrived quickly. I had to remind staff about the other starter. At 7pm (an hour after arriving and 30 mins before theatre) i chased our main course. Was not given an update so chased again a few minutes later. Meals did then arrive quickly. But sadly not with enough time to actually eat the pizza. Noone offered an apology voluntarily. Noone offered a discount. When I commented that I was not happy (in response to the "was everything OK?") I was told that next time I come it will be better. As I said, there won't be a next time. Pre theatre meals is literally supposed to be what Gio does - not if you want to eat your meal and see the first half in my experience
Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentreBeautiful food as always, great service and large portions never fails this place

The Rising Moon – HydeReally good food, good service and the surroundings are lovely. We have been to L’Aquila in Prestwich on many occasions and always enjoyed it, this one is nearer to where we live which is great and from first impressions is just as good as Prestwich. We will definitely go back.
