Lovely food I had calamari starter which was good quality not rubbery like I had at other restaurants and chicken and lamb sizzler. Very tasty. Son and garlic prawns and mixed grill. Both delicious.

Excellent food. Swift and attentive service. Wonderful value. Antipasto for two great selection of meats. Tomato garlic bread with a crisp light base. Gamberoni three ways with crisp zucchini friti. Finished off with a cooling afagato. Yet despite being packed to the rafters the staff kept ensuring everyone felt special.

We have come to L’Aquila regularly since it opened, for 5 years we have enjoyed family dinners, catch up with friends, celebrated Christmas Day, birthdays and family events. We have made so many lovely memories here all while enjoying consistently delicious, excellent quality food and drink, served by the same professional, friendly and familiar team. Just superb, could not recommend enough.

We went here on a whim saw the specials on instagram wow we didnt have the specials we tried lots of starters it was lovely food the cocktails were amazing the lady serving us was a star so friendly happy and really enjoyed her job we had a lovely night and would defo recommend to anyone the croquette s were to die for

Amazing food and staff are so friendly

Myself & my husband booked as offer of 50% off all food, so glad we did, food was delicious, half tomato and half cheese garlic bread best in the area, really garlicky and flavourful, calamari well cooked and nice and crispy, sea bass fillets and linguine pollo really tasty, would highly recommend. Only criticism the restaurant was very noisy and we couldn’t always hear each other speaking, definitely wouldn’t stop us from returning though.

We had a fantastic meal with amazing service, as always. Panama Hatties has always been a special place for us and the staff have become friends. We highly recommend.

Lovely pub with so much history and characteristic features. Very welcoming and great service. The food was delicious, highly recommend and definitely will be back.
