Friendly staff, good service and excellent food.

Really lovely food and great service! Everything was fresh, tasty and cooked perfectly. The food was brought straight to the table, beautifully presented and served hot. The staff were really friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Really happy with everything and would definitely come back again. Would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great Saturday lunch, service was super to. No doubt we will be back.

We loved our meal especially the desert Affogato - never had that before but it was a treat. Excellent service as well - Xhino.

Been going to rising moon for over six months, staff are friendly food is well above average. We enjoyed because we can take our dog with us plus they have food for dogs if you want. Always pleasant evening and reasonable prices

Came Sunday 13th September for our Ruby Wedding anniversary for the first time The service was excellent , we didn't have to wait long Great choices , lovely food Ended up taking some home with us as the portions were good sized Will go back again with the rest of family Be good if they do offers for during the week like our usual one does or set offers like A curry rice or nann for a set price in the week

4 of us came for Sunday lunch yesterday. 3 of us had the roast beef dinner, child's size, which was in itself plenty and delicious. Great Yorkshire pudding, good portion on mixed veg perfectly cooked, beef lovely. Our 4th guest had the half rotisserie chicken with veg and had enough to take a doggy bag home! Absolutely delicious, all of it. We'll be back. Only slight drawback, loud volume of music. However, we asked for it to be turned down a bit and it was. Thank you. Our waitress was very helpful, pleasant and friendly.

Calamari starter was superb! We had steak special Surf and Turf,’ which was lovely it came with just chips which meant no veg option included. At 40£ I’m sure a few green beans could be added to the plate. The atmosphere was great for Sun night! I had pasta special again very nice but very few prawns were included in the dish. Sauce was delicious!

We are there for a birthday celebration. You could tell the food was home made. It was delicious every meal was cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and great and not too much. Great with my young grandchildren. It’s a beautiful set up the chairs were so comfortable it was a pleasure to sit in them. The cost was very reasonable. Will be going back. The only thing that let it down was the toilets which I know belong to the greyhound other than that couldn’t recommend it more.

We went to celebrate my husband's birthday. We chose Thai fish cakes and stilton and mushroom bake to start. Hubby the had steak as a treat, it was expensive but cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. I had chicken fajitas which again cooked beautifully. He also had a treat of a new drink they had made. Raspberry vodka slushie. Have to say they were a hit and he thoroughly enjoyed them. As I was driving but also celebrating I had a frozen cocktail. Fabulous and didn't feel as though I was missing out on a cocktail. We were full and couldn't fit in a dessert. Staff were wonderful made the birthday celebrations special. Great meal and value for money. Costs have gone up everywhere but portion size still good .

Came in on Friday the 11th of September as usual the food and service was exultant. Been many times now, will continue to do so and will keep recommending you restaurant.

Very disappointed with our family meal last night, we were sat in the extension part of restaurant to the rear and it was cold! My step daughter could not eat her Carbonara it had a strange taste/smell, she didn’t want to make herself ill so sent it back, my aunt ordered the halibut which was served with green beans/sugar snap very bland to look at and apparently to taste, it will be a long time till/if we return have been put off and would not sit in the rear extension over the winter you’ll need your coat!

My new favourite restaurant staff are awesome food is brilliant if you haven't been here before then you should.

Great pub food with excellent service for a good price. 1st time eating here it certainly won’t be the last. Unfortunately we were the only ones in there.
