Waited 20 mins for a table despite booking. Clearly some dispute between the staff as when we asked when the table would be ready was told "sorry, she should have sat you down but she's still talking". No menus when we did sit down. Chicken was undercooked but as the person serving us didn't come back didn't have chance to say anything. Waited another 20 mins for empty plates to be collected but no one came so left the table. Asked for the bill and the lady behind the bar asked same person to help her an was ignored. Awful experience

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal of Seabass. Beautifully cooked and presented. Couldn't attempt a pudding so had coffee instead. We Will Return!

Prices seem to have shot up and portions shrunk. it’s not the good value it used to be. Coffees were cold and manager told us to go and tell his staff off for him.

Fabulous family meal for celebration, we really enjoyed our meal, food was very tasty everyone enjoyed their choice of meal. Waitress was lovely really engaged with our Granddaughter. Great service, Great food will definitely visit again. Thank you for a great evening.

We had pizzas which were delicious, but unfortunately our pizzas were cold which has put us off returning. Staff were really pleasant though

Really tasty & delicious meal. Excellent service and the location is perfect if you’re going to the theatre.

We had a lunch booking on the 12th April. When we arrived the host was didn’t greet us and threw the menus on the table which we took was for us. We did wait 50 minutes for our food which when it did arrive was very good just a shame about the service.

We had the pre-thearter menu which was very good, service was good and value for money. Would certainly visit again

There were five of us at Gios restaurant and it was superb the staff couldn’t do enough for us the service was fantastic leaving us enough time between courses so that we didn’t feel rushed and the food was excellent we will definitely be going back

From booking online to the very warm Welcome knew we were in for a lovely time. We chose 2 Course Theatre Menu which Is now £23.95 great value Starters Main Courses presented well & Really tasty be prepared for the Expensive City Centre Drink Prices Service Spot on which was great as was going to a show at The Palace we booked for 5pm as it opened was perfect would recommend & be calling again Thanks

Booked for 1730 for a pre theatre meal, table for two, service was very friendly and food was delicious!! Service was as expected and we were done for 1900 and prices were expected for a city centre!

Another lunch time concert at the Bridgewater Hall, another welcome opportunity to to take lunch at Gio's. The food is wonderful and the service is friendly and professional. Would I recommend it to others? Most certainly.

La Sentidos Loca is quite simply outstanding. The quality of the food and service is outstanding, and the decor gives it a real authenticity. Portions are massive and you never leave hungry. I've visited several times before, and will continue to come back.
