Best hotel in Manchester I'd say. The restaurant excellent too. Love the luxurious style of the place.

Had lunch here, the first time of going to a restaurant since they reopened. Well organised, great, friendly service. The food was fantastic, we ordered combinations of starters as we weren’t too hungry and this wasn’t a problem, where some restaurants don’t like you to. I’ve rated 5* for the atmosphere even though we were the only customers, I really hope all these independent restaurants survive these difficult times.

Best yet... Over the last 12 months I’ve eaten there on a number of occasions. The staff where impeccable, the personal approach coupled with total professionalism is warming and adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The food is very well presented, Yates Devine and the staff went that extra mile to adhere to our request to split the main course of pasta... Great night and lovely food... value for money also

Always friendly staff and good food. I have been many times for breakfasts dinners and hired the room upstairs and always great.

This is one of our favourite restaurants and it was the first place we headed when lockdown eased. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent as usual. It was obvious that they had gone to great lengths to make the restaurant Covid-secure. Therefore we felt safe and relaxed when we were there. Thank you very much!! Would highly recommend.

Lovely food - Bobote very different! Beer garden nice, brightly painted! Would definitely return! Lamb curry amazing too!

The food is second to none. I have never had anything negative to say about this restaurant and always recommend to friends. Keep up the great work!

Food was Mega, definitely get what you pay for 10/10

On Saturday 1st August we went to the Fat Loaf for a meal for the first time in 4 months. What a transformation! The whole place has been redecorated, doors and walls moved to create different spaces and new furniture. New sofas divide the tables, much more comfortable and distancing meant we felt very safe. The food was fabulous and quite different to "pub food". We have never had a bad meal at the Fat Loaf and congratulate Tim, Therese and team on their continued high standards. Well worth a visit. (Also if you have special dietary needs just let them know, nothing is too much trouble.)

Ambience excellent. Service exceptional (friendly, warm, helpful). Food was very tasty especially tabouli. Would recommend you try it and judge. We will certainly go again.

1st meal out after lockdown and nervous. No need. Lovely warm welcome, social distancing completely adhered to by table layout/staff/service. Food delicious as always, service fantastic and value for money incredible.
