Visited the restaurant at lunch time - this is one of our worst dining experiences EVER. My husband was treated to a stainless steel bolt in his risotto !! Not only was no apology given the staff treated us disrespectfully as if this was somehow our fault. It was disappointing at how Italian hospitality and customer service was so poor - it has however made interesting conversation with all our friends and colleagues.

Been here twice. First time we waited 50 minutes for our meal only to send the T-bone steak back as it was inedible. Second time we ordered sea bass (menu said 2 fillets) and only one arrived; there were no strawberries as advertised with the cheesecake; and the banoffee pie looked more like eton mess. Also no spoons left - could we use a fork? Never again will we set foot in the place!

We are always made welcome by friendly staff and the service is great. Lots of dishes to choose from and very tasty, all at very reasonable prices. We have taken lots of our friends there, including two from Germany, who don't have the chance to try this type of cuisine at home. Even my 90 year old father likes his Sunday visits .

I've been 3 times & enjoyed each time - service from Claire has been great. Lots of dishes to choose from at a very good price. The Pollo En Pimleto (chicken, paprika and cream) has become a favourite. The house wines are good & compliments the food. Their lunch time menu is great, especially if you're on a budget & they have special deals on Tues & Weds tea time. Night time + weekends gets very busy so booking is a must.

I am a commis chef at this establishment i have also eaten here several times. I find the food to be nothing less than perfect and the recipes simply genius. All the kitchen and floor staff are highly trained and very fun - The best establishment i've worked in by far. Congratulation Michele on Puccini's

My wife and I thought we'd have a treat by going here to enjoy the supposedly great food. We dropped in at eight thirty the prime time for good eating. The best we can say about our experience is that the restaurant recognised their failings and didn't charge us a penny. Now the food... have you ever been served rare duct on a bed of fresh fruit salad? It was was like having the main course and dessert in one, what is all that about? My wife's steak would please Pythagoras in it's perfect square dimensions and it was supposed to be a rib eye. I have never been so insulted in all my life as a restaurant goer to be fed this badly. Let me remind you. duck and fresh fruit salad! Where was the cream??

Have been shopping @ oldhams new market, a good start. What made it for me was sat out side in the sun eating the best fish and chips i have had in years well worth the visit will be back

Awful experience, used to love going here a few years ago, took a recent visit but really gone down hill. food and cleanliness terrible.

Went with friends on a Sunday lunchtime, brought a menu home to show husband and he couldn't believe the choice! The food and service were superb and everyone agreed that it is by far the best tapas in the area, won't be long before I'm back again - in fact, at these prices, I can go every week and work my way through the menu!

The food is great - try one of the massive burgers! Staff are young and friendly... great for a pub lunch in the week, fab with friends in the evening or a great place for a family get together on Sunday with a super Sunday Lunch. Best thing that's opened in Bramhall in a long time and a good pub is what it needed !

The food is absolutely amazing!!! The best club sandwich I have ever had by a mile. If you want good food in a relaxed, elegant environment then you will love The New Victorian.

A group of us ate @ Zaika on July 20th, we were at the Gmex for the Manchester Furniture Show. Wow my taste buds are still tickling !!!! I have passed my business card to the owner & I have literally begged him to open a branch of Zaika in DC. The tasting/banquet menu made our lives a lot easier, can u imagine 19 gents ordering individual starters & mains...:)) Nightmare... :)) We will be back in the New Year, WELL DONE ZAIKA, its just a shame you don't deliver to the States..

Been to Leo's a couple of times and whilst the food has always been great and the atmosphere good, I can't help thinking it would be better if there were less tables. Crammed in again near the bar, bumped once or twice (again), it really is a shame that too many people are squeezed in. Perhaps at a less popular time(we were there at 8pm), it wouldn't be that bad? Obviously you go for the food and this is good. Enjoy.

Last Saturday, my husband and I visited San Remo for the first time. I have not enjoyed an Italian meal so much for a very long time -we received a warm and genuine welcome and the food was out of this world! Even the side vegetables that came with our superb steaks were perfection. Staff are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I can't believe we have not frequented this lovely restaurant before.

try jacksons pie shop at the pub the pies are exceptional, and u cant beat the fish and chips.well worth the money

I went to the owls restaurant last night with my girlfriend, and my 10 year old daughter, i would not take my dog there. i have been to 2 for 1 places with ten times the class. and i however hate 2 for 1 places. the food was rubbish, badly run, the chips where like school chips, mass produced rubbish. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
