As ever at Mario’s fabulous food and very attentive staff. I always find the food to be perfection in fact I have said to Mario that I find the food to be the best Italian food in Rossendale, in fact much better than the Italian food in the well known restaurants in Manchester. Never have I thought anything but perfect!

The waiter went out of his way to ensure we were served first so he could enjoy the meal without rushing and had the dessert packaged and sent home for later. The food was hot and excellent. L’Aquila Prestwich – PrestwichWe had a table Christmas Day. The staff were non stop and friendly. However the food service was slow. Took 3 hours for the meal and we had to ask for the food. The food that came was sparse - we had to ask for trimmings has lots of plates were missing items. Very dear for the food quality and quantity served.

I would definitely recommend the sea bass- delicious and not a bone to be seen. We weren’t rushed, nor did we have to wait long for our food. I love it at ‘The Moon’ as we’ve always called it- we’ve been going for 50 years now!
