4 adults visited on a Friday night, and although pretty busy we were attended to in a good time. We had a sharing starter that was delicious, and the main meals were massive! Everyone commented that the food was excellent and plenty for the price paid. 2 had desserts which were also quite big and very tasty. All in all it was a very good night and £108 for a starter, 4 mains, 2 desserts, and 7 drinks was pretty good, and everyone said they had enjoyed it and would be back.

We just love L’Aguila. We go most weeks. The food standard is outstanding. The staff wonderful. It’s a lovely family run restaurant with everything that is good about eating out.

We've eaten here a few times now and found it to be a lovely place to visit. The food is delicious and they have a great drinks list. Service also very good,always happy and friendly.

Excellent food and friendly service. Perhaps include more beer options for my grumpy friend who doesn’t like lager (he just had tap water instead)

Sooo I’d booked the wrong one than I intended but so glad I did The staff were so accommodating , there was parking, lovely friendly service.. could have been a little quicker abd had to remind about a couple of things … but food was fabulous… and we will return

Our second visit here and definitely not the last ! Great, varied menu offering lots of choice and reasonable prices too, considering the big portion sizes ! The staff are warm and welcoming and the service was exceptional, even though the Oasis gig was on. Special shout out to Bianca, the lovely waitress who served us for most of the evening and was super helpful in picking a table for my upcoming 50th Birthday Celebrations. Gem of a place !

This was the first time we visited Fat Loaf and it won't be the last. My partner and I both had the Sunday roast. I had the lamb, he had the chicken. We both agreed that both of our meals were the best Sunday dinners we have had. The food was amazing, cooked to perfection . The service was 10/10. We will definetly be returning again to try the rest of the menu.

PERFECT ! We had a table for 7 on, (definitely maybe), one of the busiest nights for this restaurant... the last night of the Oasis gigs at Heaton Park. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Our waiter (unfortunately didn't get his name !) was incredibly attentive and patient, and managed our table with ease—drinks were refilled promptly, dietary preferences were respected, and timing between courses was spot on. We ordered a variety of dishes starters and mains, and not one disappointed. Portions were generous, and full of flavour. We all agreed we will be back, and recommending to others. Thank you.

Went for the first time on Sunday with the wife, the food was delicious and the service was amazing even when it was busy. Highly recommend and we will be visiting again.
