Been twice now, although quite dear, i am going again shortly
Teppanyaki Chinatown – Manchester City Centrebigger is certainly not better.food still good but service is terrible since the move to larger premises wont be going again
Nutters Restaurant – RochdaleNothing special, but still a nice place with a good ambience
Velvet – Manchester City CentreThis cosy restaurant was a pleasure to dine in. There were plenty of special dishes on the blackboard, including fresh fish and meat dishes. Wine menu is reasonable. Only downside is that its very hard to get in over the weekend, but persevere as its worth a visit.
Chez Nous Bistro – Salethis indian is really worth a visit and I would really recommend it
Raj The – WiganThe food is excellent. The vegetarian choices were very imaginative which made a nice change. The atmosphere is good - the only thing that wasn't perfect was the service. We felt a little rushed by the waiting staff and they weren't as friendly as they could have been. Overall though, it is very good and we will definitely be going again.
Gemini Cafe – Rusholmesadly to say this restaurant has gone down the pan since the relocation food still brilliant but service poor
Nutters Restaurant – RochdaleThis place is Very expensive but maybe its worth the spend every now & then they do nice but simple food here, nothing new nothing amazing but the decor is amazing worth a visit for that alone a nice place to say you have tried! Friendly staff & very relaxed feel. I have rated all the restaurants in Manchester gay village today because I have tried them all this is a place I will return to just not in a rush to get their
Via Fossa – Manchester City Centrea nice place to grab a bite to eat slow service but a nice selection of food! one of the better in the village I would say!
Taurus Cafe Bar and Restaurant – Manchester City CentreSimply Outstanding! This Place Is So Well Perfect! Seems To Be Very Traditional In Character While Up With The Times!
Metropolitan – DidsburyWhat Can I Say That Hasn? Been Said! This Place Is A Gem. Well Worth A Travel If You Are From City Centre Luckily For Me I Live Local.
Greens – DidsburyOnly been here at lunch and have got takeaway portions - veg shepherds pie excellent, salads amazing and raspberry & almond bread & pudding with proper custard to die for.
The Greenhouse – Altrinchamexcellent service, great place to take all the family, lots of room. Very friendly.
Table Table Pub and Restaurant – CheadleThis is the best pub in Manchester, by far! The building is beautiful and seeped in fascinating history, which you can learn about from framed photos and articles around the place. There is a good mix of clientele, from young students to office workers and oldies. It is non-smoking, which is a pleasant change; the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. I have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the pub's drinks selection! Which is good btw if you are a beer drinker. It is s Samuel Smith's pub and sells their full range; the prices of pints are very cheap, but definitely not nasty. I can strongly recommend the stout. They have the usual spirits but they are not much to speak of and are averagely priced but the draught and bottled beer more than makes up for it. I have tried several items from the menu and found them all to be excellent, the only problem with Sinclair's is it' size, it is often jam-packed with barely room to move, let alone find a table..
Sinclairs Oyster Bar – Manchester City CentreQuality place, very London
Metropolitan – DidsburyA real treat and a hidden treat, Superb food, the meatballs are to die for and the atmosphere fantastic. Highly recommended if you are looking for that Spanish flavour!
El Rincon de Rafa – Manchester City CentreA real hidden gem. Food fresh and tasty. Good for takeaways as well as eating in.
Blue Nile – Bramhallvery good
