Dinned here on Thursday evening and was very glad I did. We went early evening and the place was empty but soon filled up. The staff were very friendly and easy to speak to. We enjoy a refreshing bottle of rose wine very good price at £14. we ordered 2 starter specials which were goats cheese with rocket, after which we had the honey mustard chicken fillet with buttered root veg, the portions were big and we didn? have room for dessert which was a petty as the list was mouth watering! a very pleasant evening well be coming back! well Done!!! t.Baker

Great little cafe with a really extensive menu, remember to check out all the chalk boards for specials... the light lunch menu (4.50) is great, choose a starter, and a sandwich or hot dog, followed by a pud off the specials board. Lots of home made food.

This has become my Friday lunch time favourite, working 15 mins outside town I make the trip in to town especially to sample their Veggie burrito (a large one every now and again) it's delicious. Can't fault anything, food, staff, atmosphere and it's also great value. LOVE IT.

Went to the Gaucho Grill following recommendations from this site, we weren't disappointed. It was a bit quiet and empty on a Saturday afternoon (didn't even look like it was open!), although this didn't detract from our experience and enjoyment. My husband has deemed his steak the best he's ever eaten, which is high praise indeed. My food was great too, although my only niggle would be that the mushrooms in my dish were cold and I dont think it was intentional! The Argentian bottled beer was lovely! the meal was pricey - £85 for the two of us, for 2 courses and several bottles of beer, but we thought it was worth it. Would strongly recommend and will be back!

I get my pizzas here - it's the best pizza shop in the area... ..and you get a free can with a pizza!!!

I think the food was delicious this is what I called an outstanding cuisine. Now that they have decorated the restaurant, it can now beat any restaurant in Manchester. The service was great the waiters were friendly. The only down fall is that the Balti is all ways full and it is hard to get a table on a busy weekend so it is always best too phone in and make a booking. What a fab place to eat out and enjoy, with excellent food, service, hospitality and above all a good range of wines.

Second Time we have been here and the food was just great. Service was brilliant and quick. The place was nearly full at 7.15pm- says it all!

This place is amazing. Really. This restaurant delivers some of the finest dishes I have ever tasted, and I'm not vegetarian!! The service was first class and the ambience is excellent and quite intimate. Some people have found the cost to be a little bit pricey, but when you're presented with such innovative and beautiful food, the cost seems somehow irrelevant...Book early to avoid disappointment!

Never bin to a Mexican before now! And lets jus say I? a big fan of Mexican food now! Excellent!

i have been to karim's on two or three occasions now. it was a pleasant experience and i would recommend others to try it out.

I have just moved into the Northern Quarter and stumbled across the Sweet Mandarin. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the dinner from the Beat the Clock menu and the Sun Lik beer. I would highly recommend this place if you want a friendly, quick and delicious meal at a very reasonable price. Luke.

Pretty average Tapas from the La Tasca chain so to be expected I suppose. There are much better Tapas places to go in Cheshire though e.g. Mundos in Alderley Edge

Really good Italian restaurant, I'd say it is one of the best restaurants in and around the surrounding area.

Great Indian restaurant. Generous servings and great service.
