What a fantastic evening we had (me, my husband and 15 year old daughter). Food was surprisingly good for a small village, restaurant is a lovely modern setting. The blonde lady waitress we had was so knowledgeable and passionate about the food and super efficient. We tried eel (gorgeous) and unusual dishes and they were all delicious. Felt it was really good value for such high quality and unusual food. We will be back and would highly recommend.

Stopped coming here because the food wasn't as good and the service wasn't up to much thought we would give it another chance that was a mistake food still the same they have changed the menu and it's very bland my daughters buttermilk burger was burnt but she wouldn't let me complain. We didn't get any cutlery with our starters so had to get our own then the same thing happened with the main course. Ordered drinks twice they didn't come had to go to the bar twice to ask where they were. We didn't stay for dessert won't be returning.

This is our first visit since the refurbishment which was a pleasant suprise. Food was excellent along with the service. Planning to go back next month.

Excellent food. There was 5 of us dining and all of us really enjoyed it. Waiting time between courses was long but didn’t bother us

We recently visited L'Aquila Suuny Bank to celebrate my daughters birthday. The staff were lovely and very attentive. The food was really nice. We had a mix of meals pizza, lasagne, spaghetti bolognaise & sea bass. We all enjoyed our meals. Very nice restaurant and I can definitely recommend it. Good for families and celebrations.

Very good lamb skewers. Starters/hot mezze were nice, but the lamb skewers were absolutely great. Lamb was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy and it was a generous portion. Loved the peppers and onions in the same marinade, rice was tasty and fluffy with every grain separated. Really good main course. Service was friendly, fast and efficient. Everything was spotless and even the toilets were sparklingly clean. We will be back!

Wow what a fabulous restaurant. We booked in for a meal on Sunday 11 May. Both the food and the service was exceptional. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We will definitely return and have recommended it to friends.

We had lunch at the Rising moon on Wednesday. As usual, great service and food in a lovely setting, we have meals here regularly and have never been disappointed, my wife has a few food intolerances, the staff could not have been more helpful in making sure everything was ok for her to eat.
