Lovely interesting food. Prawn Bisque could have been a bit thinner in consistency to make more of a bisque rather than an intense sauce but it was delicious. Menu needs to be more accessible with explications of what the various type of dishes are. It tends to say the main ingredients and the style of cooking but without explaining what that style is. Of course you could ask the helpful staff but would help to explain. On the night we went another table left after first course as the ham and bread dish was very little actual food. I know the aged ham was expenses but he did not and they felt too expensive and perhaps pondered what would appear for their main course - that said they missed a dining treat as the meal was lovely.

Fantastic meal, great service, wonderful evening

Superb, superb, superb, every Friday me & my wife have a night out, I have to say since Covid some restaurants that we have enjoyed just don't hit the spot anymore, but Jorges never fails to disappoint in fact it is our favourite restaurant, top quality food, drink & service along with a lovely atmosphere, I can't wait to book again, we simply love the place. They say food can be served with love & at Jorges your whole evening out is served with love.

Came here for lunch before the football. Sat outside, service was good and the food excellent.

Great place. Little gem

This is a small restaurant with just a few tables, but that's no bad thing in my view, although the tables themselves (made from old sewing machine treadle tables by the look of it) are a bit small if there are four of you. But the meat quality and cooking is sublime, and the service helpful, friendly and attentive without being at all over the top. A good range of wines, not too costly. It's expensive, but, hey, it's worth it.

We arrived 15 minutes late for our reservation and it was at the end of service , I am absolutely thrilled with how we were welcomed. Food absolutely delicious.

Lovely grilled prawns and clam starter. Steak was decent size. Pork secreto was a bit chewy. Fries were delicious.

Such a fabulous lunch here that we are going back for dinner! Tasty food, great service - worth visiting Norwich just to eat at Jorges.

Lovely atmosphere, excellent service and good food. We would like to do back and try the a la carte menu - we went for Tapas Tuesday.

Overall ambiance was pleasing. The concept is done better in London eateries where the meat quality is superior and more value for money. Black pork was tough, prawns were mushy, meaning they are not fresh and frozen for too long. Pricing needs to be addressed!

Lovely friendly place, service very good, staff very helpful but in my opinion over priced

My son and daughter went here for a special occasion and had a really lovely meal. The ambiance was so good you could almost imagine you were abroad The food was very authentic and the flavours were amazing
