Having eaten from this restaurant before (takeaway about 5 years ago) I was looking forward visiting again for a friends birthday. But I very quickly found that the standards have drastically slipped in the years since my last visit. Firstly myself and my partner were standing at the bar for about 20 minutes before ordering our drinks which would have been understandable had it been busy but there were only 4 people in front of us, one of whom ordered a pint of Cobra only to be offered a pint that had been sat behind the bar for at least 10 minutes and when he requested a fresh pint, the waiter just said "no there's nothing wrong with that one". After being seated for a few minutes I was a little shocked to see a waiter pick up a fork that had fallen on the floor, wipe it on his jeans and place it back on the table next to me. My level of concern rose after some of us had opted for the banquet and soon discovered that the tandoori chicken was actually raw and bloody in the middle, after a number of us had complained about this to the manager, he told us that if we wanted the chicken well done we should have asked for it. Silly me, I didn't realise that some people prefer to eat their chicken raw. He didn't even remove the raw chicken from the table so it sat there all night. Following the chicken issue there were 5 of us (out of 20) who didn't eat anything at all so in an attempt to avoid any issues at the end of the night I spoke to the manager to explain that there would be 5 of us who will not be eating and to remove our meals from the bill, he simply said he would sort it out later. When we went to pay he refused to remove any more than 2 meals from the bill and then threatened to call the police if we didn't pay, he finally agreed to remove the 5 meals from the bill and we happily paid for the remaining 15. The managers attitude was absolutely disgraceful, especially following an issue as serious as raw chicken and at no point did we receive anything that even came close to an apology. It's safe to say that we will not be visiting Saffron again.

Had takeaway from here, absolutely disgusting, far too salty. Avoid, better places around.

I love Espagnol. The food is excellent, the welcome warm and the atmosphere is one of authentic Spain. Moises is a wonderful host and the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful.....they even tolerate my attempts at Spanish with good humour and helpful hints on pronounciation. We have just come back from Southern Spain and I will be taking friends to Espagnol very soon, so that they can enjoy a taste of Spain in sunny Poulton! Hasta pronto!

Last night as a family we had dinner at Gennars what great time was had by all.The moment we walked in the atmosphere was great ,the food ,service everything .quite sometime since our last visit but hope to return in the very near future .

We are lucky to live in Poulton-le-Fylde and we love to visit Willow since this lovely family took over. We visited today and enjoyed lunch(as usual), made to order; just ask and you will receive any combination you require. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The best in Poulton!

First time to Shelley and Moises's bustling little restaurant. Delicious meal, quality wine,excellent friendly service too. Will be going back again soon. :)

After dining at Pulcinellas for many years, I did think that Pulci Pizza would have a lot to live up to. However, this is a small restaurant that has really exceeded my expectations. It has all the great characteristics of traditional Italian cuisine, with the best food, service, that you would expect. It brings me back to the taste of Sorrento!

i love the food from Happy Valley. we always order the sweet and sour chicken balls. they are huge, fesh and piping hot. the sauce comes seperate so some of us have the chicken with curry sauce,you get 10 balls in a box. the chicken curry is beautiful and the serivce and delivery is great.

Our first night there and the service, the staff and the food could not have been better and we had a lovely night. Must be one of the best in Poulton and can highly recommend it.

Espanol what an absolute treat atmosphere fantastic delicious tapas and the paella a must have wishing you every success

Went for lunch on saturday with the mrs, it was excellent!! I had a massive pork chop with black pudding, mash and veg, the quality was really good. The other half had a sort of ploughmans platter which was also very good, high quality ingredients used and presented well. Will be back to try other things as it was a hard choice from a very varied menu.

Fantastic place. Great traditional food in a buzzing atmosphere. It's the atmosphere that makes up for the lack of seating spaces. Great night in a wonderful place!

Had lunch there today and was very impressed with the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff, will be using again.

A real Spanish treat without the travel! Shelley's food has the genuine flavour of Spain (her Paella Valenciana is a must have). Moises' selection of wines is limited, but chosen with gusto and well suited to the menu. Español is so good, we do not like to leave witout a follow up reservation. They make a great team and hope to enjoy their magic for a long time.

This restaurant has a great atmosphere and the staff are very welcoming ,attentive and polite. There is plenty to choose from on their extensive menu. More importantly the food is great.

Absolutely packed on a Monday Night. Great food with generous portions, friendly staff and good service.
