We visited on Sunday 17 September having also been a couple of weeks earlier. The food was excellent. We all had Sunday Roasts which were excellent. We had assorted starters which similarly were excellent. The service from all the staff was very friendly and professional. We all felt that the food was tasty, well presented and great value for money. We would definitely return again as we had an enjoyable and relaxed experience in a nice environment with excellent food.

The pub was probably the best I have eaten at this year. It was clean and the staff were very friendly even though we were 45mins late due to travel problems. There was a good choice of meals on the menu plus some specials. The food was hot and very tasty. The staff were very attentive and the meal was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely come again if I was in the area.

Ordered beef Sunday lunch not told that they had run out of the cheese bake that comes with it. Arrived and asked where it was as I was looking forward to it and told ran out. Should have really been told before ordered and no discount for it, the food was nice though. The person who first took us to our booked table I was unsure if he was speaking to me or a colleague, turned out colleague, thought he was quite rude for front of house. Doubt I’ll go again shame was nice food.

Sunday lunch Veggie option was an excellent standard of food, plenty of fresh vegetables and great customer service too.

We love this place! Fast becoming our favourite restaurant. The Mexican take on Sunday dinner is not to be missed and great value for money. Lovely, friendly staff.

lovely pub, location is perfect with a view of the river. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was very good and reasonably priced too. . No complaints, would definitely visit again.

Really lovely meal, great portion size for price. Only down side we had to wait for the waitress to come back and order our dessert which was 20 mins so we decided to just get the bill

Helpful Staff and Lovely Food!

We booked a table as it was my daughters birthday,it was a lovely day so we sat outside,staff are very friendly and the food was gorgeous. We will definitely come again.

Food very good, staff lovely, but whole building needs refurbish and deep clean.

Visited with colleagues on a pleasant warm summer evening. Had a drink in the lovely garden, then a lovely meal on the terrace. Service was friendly and fast, meals were delightful and plenty. An absolute recommendation.
