We are regular visitors to The Square in Tremadog , always great food and never fails to please ! Staff very friendly and accommodating.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing. The food was cooked to perfection. The staff were really friendly & the atmosphere was lovely. I definitely recommend a visit if ever you are in the area.

Beautiful pub in a stunning location - lovely village setting and right by the river. Perfect for sll and including families on a warmer day - large beer garden with a great play area. Beautifully decorated, lovely food and all the staff were absolutely lovely! Good kids menu too.

We have been to Y Sgwar many times on our regular visits to North Wales and have never been disappointed by our meals at this lovely restaurant. The food is delicious the staff are lovely, the service is spot on. We can highly recommend.

Had dinner here on a weeknight in Easter. Was busy but the staff were still friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. I have a number of food allergies/intolerances and these were taken seriously but wasnt perceived as nuisance like other places I've been to. Overall lovely meal and I will be back again

We book here when we visit Barmouth. The food is amazing. Staff very friendly. Beer garden and play area for kids. Easy to book online. We love it!

We have been Y Sgwar several times over the years and always had lovely food and last night was no different, I could not fault a single thing , The service , food and ambiance were exceptional, The team work really hard and are so polite and friendly. Thank you all

Another delicious meal here. Look forward to coming and it never disappoints. Beautiful roast lunch followed by a gorgeous chocolate taute. The staff are exceptional. Most welcoming and smiley. Two young waitresses that looked well presented and most polite. So nice to see old school customer service. They work jolly hard and it is most appreciated. Lead by Lorraine who is experienced and utterly professional. She always looks lovely too. Thank you team. Xx
