On the friday night we dined a party of 13 had been booked as a party of only 2 by mistake. restaurant already fully booked! so you can imagine the difficulty in handling this in a smallish restaurant. The manager and staff handled the situation incredibly well, food was super and timely. the manager was charming! All slightly basil faulty on the night but we will happily return.

Three Tuns – Hay On WyeCame here for our anniversary dinner after a rather exhausting trek up Yr Wyddfa earlier in the day. Being dairy free and having a partner who eats halal, we often struggle with choice at restaurants, but as soon as we walked in, I knew we’d made the right choice. If I could give a higher rating for service, I would - each member of staff (particularly the gentleman in charge) was extremely helpful, kind and friendly while serving, the food came out very quickly and they kindly helped me adapt so I could still enjoy a meat dish (often I just have to eat vegan). The Thai Cod was the winner of the evening for my partner and is still being discussed now! A wonderful meal, a lovely atmosphere, and very reasonably priced food given the quality of each dish - I cannot fault our experience here. Would definitely recommend to anyone :)
