Nice surroundings. Staff amenable. However, stood waiting to check in for meal and was overtaken by another person entering after us who the staff proceeded to serve. I pointed out that I had been waiting and she then gave me her attention and showed us to our table. Meal generally good and tasty but there was a bit of an imbalance between vegetables, primary root - quite a lot and beef (minimal number of slices). Pudding delicious

Three Tuns – Hay On WyeWOW!!! There isn’t a better word to describe the food in this amazing restaurant. The food is out of this world, and the staff are just so friendly and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. So lucky to have this little bit if heaven right on our doorstep.

Gluten free available but my dessert came with a non gluten free wafer on it.When I asked they quickly took it away and came back with another. I think some of the waitress were more aware of allergies and Intolerances that others. But would definitely go back.

Y Sgwar – PorthmadogAlthough I've stayed in Porthmadog before this was my first visit to Y Sgwar. Wish I'd been before! We had the early bird menu - great service, great food and great price. My wife had the Sea Bass and I had the Welsh Lamb, we both had the apple tart which, unlike a lot of other restaurants had custard (and lots of it). We can recommend this restaurant and would love to come back again.
