Truly wonderful evening spent in such a great atmosphere with superb staff so friendly and courteous and the cuisine was superlative. Would return again and again-the natural choice for a family get together.Excellent!

This is the second time we have visited Three Tuns. On both occasions the food was excellent and the staff efficient, friendly and very welcoming. We had the pizzas and they were really delicious. Emma our waitress was friendly and very welcoming and helpful. We booked on-line and asked for a quiet table in a corner, they reserved the best table for us and we couldn't have asked for more. We shall definitely visit again when we are next in Hay on Wye.

First time at Green Olive and everything was spot on! Friendly staff, great service, insane pancakes, tasty coffee, nice chilled atmosphere. Couldn’t fault anything. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you

Lovely Sunday roast, great value for money

Stayed overnight in our Motorhome, Although the pub was very busy our meal arrived very quickly and was delicious and lovely and hot. Would certainly visit again.

Superb staff , lovely surroundings and great food. However, how on earth can you run out of Welsh burgers on a saturday night so early on. All you heard at the bar was sorry we have run out of them. Hopefully its just a one off.

Very warm welcome to the pub for us and our 2 dogs. Food was very reasonable price and of a good standard. Quite quiet at 18.00 but friendly and relaxed atmosphere and excellent service.

I cannot rate this restaurant highly enough - definitely one of the best restaurants I have been in. The food was all sublime. I shared the deep fried goats cheese with mango jam starter with my husband, it was heavenly, should have had one to myself! The chicken supreme and the sauce with it was amazing and the lemon cheesecake delicious too. I highly recommend Y Sgwar, the service is excellent and when we return to North Wales, this will be top of our list and more than once next time! Don’t suppose you fancy opening another restaurant in Hampshire too?!

Great food, service, and atmosphere as always!

The food we had was excellent and we had a great white Rioja. The staff were very good and friendly, but there were very few dinners for a Friday night and it lack atmosphere, don’t know if this is typical??

The best Sunday lunch ever!! We have dined at the Victoria several times but this was the first time for Sunday lunch. It was really tasty with plenty of meat and a range of vegetables, all well cooked. We will definitely have Sunday lunch there again.

Spent a lovely evening here while on holiday . Excellent in every way. Service impeccable and friendly. Lovely choices on the menu for food and drinks. Great atmosphere and if we were local we would come back again and again.

We are a family of 5 with a large dog . Food was excellent as usual . Fish cakes were really good and would recommend them. Food was out quickly no waiting around. The bar staff and ladies waiting on table were friendly and happy to help . The dog was also given a treat. Very enjoyable experience will book again .

This was our second visit to Y Sqwar and it was just as good as our first visit. The atmosphere is great with excellent food and a remarkable service. My wife and I would highly recommend this restaurant and it is for sure the best in the area.
