Had a lovely carvery for my dad's birthday. Plenty of choice and not low on anything, nice and hot also. We liked it that much we are going to book again for another family birthday soon.

Always a good meal(carvery) but this week was a let down, price gone up, meat gone down, and the mash was awful, like wallpaper paste, I'm hoping it was just a bad weekend, and don't need to move on.

Excellent carvery meal service was good food was well cooked and hot. Lived in Redditch for 20 years but never ate here now living near Ironbridge Shropshire and will definitely be back. The only disappointment was the Tiramisu cake.

Very good service, good food. It would be better to have a vegetarian option aswell as a vegan one for more choice.

14 of us went on Saturday night for birthday meal staff and food was amazing Been many times never disappointed

We visited recently ahead of watching Pride & Prejudice (sort of). This was our first time in the restaurant and we were very impressed. Lovely food, super staff, very relaxed and a great start to what turned out to be a fantastic evening. We'll be back!

We had allowed plenty of time so the delay in taking our order wasn’t too stressful. Staff pleasant, food good, drinks expensive but plenty of tap water on offer. A good choice of venue to eat before a show for convenience.

It was a Sparse menu, more catered for vegetarian/vegan. What we ordered was delicious and well presented.

Excellent service, but the beef was, for the first time ever at this restaurant, tough. It is usually perfect. Also my wife advised me that her carrots were cold. However, everything else was fine. We have never previously found any faults whatsoever with this restaurant.

Family of 4, pre-show fish and chips. Quite simply the best f&c that we’ve had in a very very long time. Fresh tasty fish, texture of batter just right, cooked to perfection including the chips. And I said so to the staff - praise where it’s due, so I hope that got passed on. Found it a bit strange, though, that the menu online bore no relation to the menu on the day. But we loved it and will return.

Lunch for 10 before the panto. Main courses chosen in advance were excellent. Service very good too. However, the sweet/ pudding course was very disappointing. Virtually no choice with cardboard tubs of ice cream as the only alternative. The days of delicious Malvern pudding et al seem to have disappeared . A great pity.
