Afternoon Tea was lovely everything fresh . Served in pleasant surroundings. Really enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

I having been going to Panama Hattys in Spurstow for approx 25 years and in all that time I have never been disappointed, the food has remained constantly excellent so is the staff, the place has it’s own special ambience, I have to give special credit to Andy and Phil

We went as a party of 6 on New Years Eve and had a really enjoyable evening, the food was excellent, allied to great service. We live locally and have visited Lilac Cottage previously, the food and the service is always very good and we wish them a successful 2024.

Amazing food and lovely service we had a great New Year's Eve. The bar area looks fabulous and you are a great addition to Chestergate, you just need a few more staff.

Great service and fantastic food. Good amount of time in between courses. Could do with section where no children are atmosphere was good

Food was delicious but it was so busy that our dishes literally came one at a time. Would go back again but maybe not on NYE. There were a number of things on the menu which weren't available.

Visited Friday before the new year. Great Bar area with a good range of beers and cocktails. Restaurant is upstairs and a good size. Good range of Tapas dishes, recommend the ribs, with all the usual meals and some new twists. All freshly cooked and served by a great lady who was very helpful and pleasant . Enjoyed the experience and will be back 2024.

Visited last night with family for my birthday… as ever the atmosphere was lovely, staff very friendly and the choice of food meant that there was something for everyone- my 15yo is addicted to the pizza, my elderly parents were delighted with their choices too, and I knew what I would be ordering before we even got there! Icing on the cake is that our dog is welcome too!

Absolutely lovely place. Food well cooked and presented. Plenty of choice for all ages and dietary requirements. Price not too bad. All staff attentive and polite. Only downside which was heavily noted was a waitress wearing comfy joggers with stains all over that constantly emphasised her thonged behind. Not a professional look for such a lovely establishment. But we will carry on meeting here for food and drinks with friends.

Lovely place, lovely day. Staff were very attentive thoughtful, polite and really brilliant. Food wax perfect setting was so relaxing, great value for money and we were made to feel really special. Thank you, this is now going to be our regular place to have a gorgeous afternoon tea

Another lovely evening at Bacchus. We so enjoy the great food, wine and atmosphere, but what makes Bacchus stand out is the wonderful service. Always a great welcome and attention, thank you once again, we hope to be back soon. Liz

11 of us out for a Friday night Christmas meal, have been in Elmas before so knew what we would get...Great service and great food...waitresses all very smile and helpful always a pleasure to visit this place!!!

Food was very good, no complaints whatsoever, tasty & enjoyable. The made to order breakfast was excellent, cooked to perfection & served hot, rarity these days, thoroughly enjoyed it. We’ll done Mere Court!

This was my second visit. The service was exceptional and the staff pleasant, friendly and professional. I was disappointed however, because we were served meat after informing the staff of our dietary requirements This was immediately rectified when asked. Thank you for an enjoyable visit
