Had a fabulous evening on Saturday night. The staff are always lovely and attentive and the the food is outstanding. Always looking forward to the next visit. .

What a delight. The food was delicious and it is the service that makes a meal out at Bachus such a special occassion. The warm welcome, professionalism and capability, plus a "just right" addition of personal chat and comment... these guys are very, very good at looking after your every need and making the experience outstanding.

What a lovely place. Very welcoming of us and our dog on a wet evening. Service was good, lovely staff. Food delicious and tasty. Highly recommended

Called in after a nightmare journey on the M6 so we were looking forward to some lovely food and we were not dissapointed although it was quiet we were still looked after and the meals were gorgeous

Visited 1/11/23 for afternoon tea which was gift from daughters family. Took daughter and granddaughters aged 9yrs and 16months.Good food. Service excellent, nothing was too much trouble. All staff well presented, smiling and very helpful. Would recommend very highly.

Don't often go out for Sunday lunch as my wife's is hard to beat! Had friends over from Yorkshire so decided on the Yeoman. Really good lunch had by all Lamb and beef excellent with Cauliflower cheese a winner. Could'nt make pudding as so full. Would certainly reccomend.

Booked for afternoon tea yesterday it was lovely very well presented and the waitress and waiter were both very attentive We stayed the night in the Blenheim room which was nice and cosy overlooking the beautiful lawn the evening meal was exceptional surpassed only by the attention of Sam G - he made the evening more enjoyable he is certainly a credit to himself and the company would definately stay again

Love coming to Mere Court, the afternoon teas are beautiful. The staff are brilliant and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. Will definitely be arranging another visit very soon.

Came here last week for a meal and the staff were very friendly and polite. The meal we had far exceeded our expectations, I could even say it was one of the best meals out that we have had Please whatever you are doing carry on because it was all perfect Two very happy customers

First visit last Saturday evening. Although very busy staff friendly. Food very good but unfortunately served on cold plates so food was cold by the time we finished eating. Hopefully, this comment will be noted and rectified by the time we visit again.

Fantastic Sunday lunch. Roast spectacular with lots of meat and fresh vegetables. Great menu choice for the whole family. Food, Service from the staff & Ambience fabulous. Always have a very warm welcome from Joanne & Staff. Highly recommend

Food was delicious roast potatoesc were crispy on the outside and fluffy insde. though the portion of cauliflower cheese ( which was delicious) for 3 people was only the same as the next table had for 2 people Was busier than when we've previously visited The service was very slow and staff didn't raise a smile or interact except for basic questions.

Never disappoints coming here. The service is always top quality and so is the food! I highly recommend coming here because you find anywhere better in Chester than Carbonara!

Meal was lovely and friendly staff

4 of us enjoyed a wholesome Sunday roast to celebrate my son's 18th. Food was very tasty with wide selection of veg. Decent portions which meant good value for money. I liked that those with not a man-size appetite could order a smaller portion. Staff very helpful and presented to the table a birthday cake with candles that we had popped in earlier in the day. Well done to the whole Egerton Arms team.
