Friday 12 April 2024. Have dined here on numerous occasions. Tonight was a different experience - the service was off-point and the staff, usually attentive and pleasant, seemed edgy - to the point that the maitre’d came across as pushy and rude. Hopefully an isolated instance, but we’ll take a break before returning.

Sun and Salt by Time For Mezze – ChorleyWe went for lunch on Saturday, great food. Had the chicken Caesar salad and really good value. My son had the club sandwich and this too was delicious. However, took a while for our drink order to be taken. Later we weren’t asked about our food or if we wanted more drinks. That was a bit disappointing.

Service was prompt and thorough and the girls went out of their way to try and meet any requirements we had. Fabulous all round experience.
