We have wanted to try the Craven Arms for quite some time as friends suggested it. On arrival the staff were great, the atmosphere cosy but the food was a complete disappointment. We found it tasteless and very poor quality. My husband had the beef wellington and I had the stir fry, which can only be described as gloopy. We had travelled 40 minutes to the Craven passing many other eateries which would have been a better option, but hey-ho you give these places a go.

Wonderful food, very pleasant staff. Menu choices are great and great specials too. Belly pork risotto was define, please make it part of the main menu as it’s one not to be missed.

I love Food for Cowboys, its delicious and they just get everything right. I’ve eaten several times in the restaurant and take out in Brew, and it always beautiful. Long may it continue.

Excellent meal. The food was fantastic, the service was second to none and I also made them aware it was our sons 21st and my dad’s 81st birthday, so on arrival the table had streamers and balloons and then at the end they brought them their desserts with candles in, which was a really nice touch. It made the meal into a birthday celebration and really special, you do not get this everywhere you go and this is why we keep returning to the Craven Arms. Booked online last minute, the food was excellent and the staff were spot on friendly and helpful. I had the jumbo cod and it was gorgeous cooked to perfection .

We had an excellent meal at Omni, great food, great atmosphere and great service - what more can you ask for. We will be back soon

What a delightful bistro restaurant which is set in the heart of Skipton and offers a varied and tasty menu . The atmosphere was calm, the service prompt and polite but, most importantly, the food was very tasty and of superb quality. A return trip will be planned soon.

Everything we tried was delicious and the waitresses we had were brilliant. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated. Seeing the owner was a nice touch also.
