They can make adjustments so its clear they are cooking it from fresh, just making up the curry pastes in advance. The atmosphere is lovely and the Manager is very knowledgeable, attentive and provides an excellent service. It's also great value. I have actually been there lots of times over a few years and also had take aways and the standard has always been excellent.
